This shop is not ok.
Ordered a dress but the top was to small.
I wanted to return but there are No FedEx points that accept drop offs in my area.
Mailed seceral times since monday. Because the return had a limited time.
I don’t get any reply what so ever.

Scam company

I ordered matching dresses for me and my daughter for Eid, when they did eventually arrive a week before Eid, my daughter was sent out a different article. They wanted me to return and for them to receive the item before they send me a new one out which was not possible before Eid.

I requested returns for both dresses and now they are saying I only returned the baby dress when in fact I returned 2 dresses and a hijab.

I have been left to pay almost £200 for clothes I don’t even own.

I have contacted customer service numerous times and they keep saying they are investigating the matter and will get back to me but this happened back in May and it’s almost September.

This company will have Allah to answer to. That is all I have to say.

Easy to order

I have shopped at Podur multiple times and have always been impressed with how well-made the dresses are. The colours are bright and they are well-made (I bought my first over a year ago and it still looks as new).
I have not yet found any other company quite like Podur and keep coming back. It helps that the customer service is amazing- swift responses and helpful fixes.
I would recommend Podur to anyone and everyone.

I have ordered 2 dresses for my daughters one was damaged when it arrived I opened it and saw and emailed them straight way with images, got a response to return it back I requested for the return but didn’t receive any code or anything since then they have not been replying to any of my emails or messages on instagram. I have sent many emails so I’m very disappointed and will not recommend or order from them anymore.

When I had received my dresses which I ordered for my 2 girls to wear on Eid I was not impressed considering the dresses are quite pricey, I was expecting the quality of it being handmade work to be good but when I saw the dresses the quality of the embroidery was not good it had gaps missing and threads slightly loose and also not the mention the work was very different on both dresses and also they used 2 different colours on the dresses like how can a dress be all gold embroidered and then at the top of the neck one part is silver, it looked very odd. However when I reached out to the company they just said each dress is different didn’t do anything to help nor reply back to my other emails. Very disappointing

Love the abayas abayas from here...looks elegant and stunning!!

Ordered two outfits a baby dress and an abaya for my 8 year old. The outfits came on time however the baby dress was not upto normal standards with the stitching. As expected the stitching popped out including the back buttons! I did contact the customer service and they did say i can return however when asked if the same dress would be delivered before eid I did not get a response. Therefore 2 star. It's not worth the money for the poor quality in my opinion.

Great experience shopping at Podur. Beautiful dresses- material, cut and design work is all very elegant and high quality. Needed a dress to be delivered in time for a special occasion and was met with fantastic service from the team to accommodate this. Thank you guys ever so much for a wonderful customer experience! Will definitely be shopping here again for future events:)

I was reading the 1 star reviews here and genuinely confused because I think I now own at least 12 Podur abayas and dresses, including baby dresses, and the quality has always been amazing for me with stunning beadwork!

I soak them in the bath every so often with delicate laundry hand wash and they hold up great. I genuinely am obsessed with this brand and don’t know where I’d be without them. I wear the abayas to events that need a little extra modest glam without being too overtly Asian! I’d honestly say they’re my favourite brand ever, thank you for catering to us!

The only thing is I did a review before that you need to expect the dresses to always be darker in colour in real life than the photos! I love when I find them pop up on Vinted and can see the real colour. I wish this would be fixed as has been a running issue for years - please make the website photos colour accurate, you can do this and still be super aesthetic by using a mask feature to just edit the abaya colour.

Great customer service. I had issue with kids dress and they were so good and allowed me to exchange it even when return date was way past 14 days.

Delivery was really quick, however the colour of the outfit was not as depicted in the photos. More butter yellow than ivory. Sorry.

Great dress! Wore on Eid to match my daughter x fabric is of amazing quality and even the design is just stunning.. I expected a more pink colour the fabric may have been due to photography and lighting in the images xx

Beautiful two piece satin set. I would say size up though as the sizes run a little small .

Great quality clothes, have bought several abayas for my little one which will last quite a while due to sizes. Would be better if the baby section also had similar sizes to older kids from 5years as some designs are quite different.
