Had trouble getting my new Blagdon solar pump to run. Wayne had me running within minutes, he deftly guided me through the simple steps to get to the impellar & just as predicted the culprit was there. A small piece of debris. Cleared it, reassembled & the pump has been running like a chanmp for weeks now. Impressed with the depth of knowledge, professionalism & the whole interaction really.

Works brilliantly, cleared the green water in a few hours, only slight issue is that it doesn’t come with a plug, you need to purchase that yourself, but it was the same with the filter, I had to buy one for that too, but it’s not a big deal
