Shockingly bad customer service. Ordered cheese Selection for a relative well in advance of Christmas and selected the delivery day to the week beforehand to ensure it got there in time. Cheese still not arrived a week later after dispatch. Will be off by the time they receive it! Contacted pong multiple times over the last few days and haven't received any contact back or any resolution to the problem. Now my shielding family won't receive anything in time for Christmas! Will never buy from them again

Was disappointed that cheese ordered was substituted for other cheese without any notification. And when I emailed , I got one response after 24 hours for the first email but ignored for the second. As I placed multiple orders for a virtual party, I will not be using pong again due to the service.

Great customer service and fantastic cheeses! 2nd year we are sending out cheese Christmas gifts to everyone in the company. Everyone loved it last year, and will be happy to receive some more this year!

Poor customer service, discounts aren't the good deal they appear to br. I won't be using this company again!

The recipient seemed happy with his christmas present however I feel that £10 is too expensive for postage to Scotland and I doubt I will buy from Pong again sadly.

We have ordered cheeses from Pong Cheese for several years, and the company is always efficient and very obliging. For instance, I entered the wrong delivery address - not paying attention - and reported this. Pong quickly reassured me that the address had been changed.
The choice of cheeses from various countries is impressive, with categories to suit all tastes of those who love cheese, e.g. smelly cheeses, the favourites of my wife, sister and of mine, hard cheeses, the favourites of my brother-in-law.
Ordering and checkout is easy, and delivery date can be chosen.

I received a christmas gift of pong cheeses. one of the best presents I've ever received! great selection of cheeses every couple of months, many of which I didn't know and which I am very keen to taste again. excellent customer service, quick to reply and always helpful. what about adding some notes about matching cheeses with wine...?

My wife and I had some trouble placing an order so called Pong and were met by a wonderful, polite young lady, I believe her name was Rosie (forgive me if I'm wrong). She was ever so helpful and patient with us and it was so incredibly nice to speak to a human and such a nice one!

We will be ordering again for presents and will ask to speak to the same lady.

We recommend to anyone looking for a great buying experience and great product.

Really poor customer service from this company. I tried to book a gift for a friend and the card transaction failed due to an error but still initially charged my card. Called and spoke to Samantha with my problem, she didn't seem too bothered and explained it would be dealt with the next day as it was after 5. I never heard back from them so called the next afternoon and spoke to Michelle who knew nothing of my query. I explained that I wanted to speak to a manager and she assured me she would put urgent on my concern - I have still yet to hear back.

Thankfully the money did bounce back but the responses of both customer representatives and the lack of follow up makes me hugely glad my booking wasn't confirmed. I'd go elsewhere if you can.

Have had great service from the Pong Company in the past and happily made two further orders. I was so busy choosing from the wide range that I forgot to add my discount when ordering. Pong very kindly gave me the discount and what's more used the higher value order. So thank you Pong Cheese. I will b back!

If I could give Pong Cheese more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! The cheeses are of the highest quality and must be experienced to be believed. Customer Service is exceptional and in two years of being a member and receiving that little box of heaven every month, I have only ever had one problem which was very quickly remedied by the wonderful staff. Trustworthy, reliable and delicious!

I've ordered many times from Pong and the service and cheese are always top quality. Recently, through no fault of theirs, a delivery went astray and they solved it immediately. I highly recommend them.

I think that you learn the true measure of a company by how they deal with problems. There was a problem with my order which was dealt with very quickly and to my great satisfaction
