After 20+ years of using the software that we were using and no longer having any support for it, we looked into POS Highway. It was a perfect fit for us. The company set up demonstrations for our employees and we were able to ask any questions and they had the answers right away and if they didn't they looked into it and got back to us immediately. The transition to the new software was seamless and if we needed help with anything we reached out and the problem was solved right away. I'm sure there will be a few more issues that we will need help with as we work through the system but it put us at ease knowing we can reach out for support at any time. Jason and his team provided outstanding support throughout the purchasing process, installation, and implementation of our new POS system. The POS team went above and beyond! The entire team was always flexible and accommodating.

I am not sure I could have made it through our Grand Opening without Ken! He was a calming voice when I started to panic, always reassuring me that we were in a good place and ready to open for business. He answered every one of my questions….and there were quite a few!

Steve walked our new gift shop attendants through the customer process with a clear explanation of each function. Melissa did a great job of explaining the back end of the system to me and was a joy to work with.

I cannot say enough about the entire team.

Last, but certainly not least, is the special attention we received from Francis. It is unheard of in this age of emails and texts to have the president of a company personally call to check on a customers progress and level of satisfaction. Wow!

As a museum, POS Highway has a full 360° solution for our business. They helped us implement our ticketing system – both brick and mortar and online ticket sales. Extremely robust and powerful capabilities, all customized to our brand and business processes. The accounting integration to Quickbooks is a huge time-saver. You guys rock!!

Francis has been our Counterpoint consultant, he is a true expert when it comes to solving operational challenges of our business. Our previous partner hadn't properly setup many aspects of our system, the team at POS Highway not only fixed those issues but demonstrated the most efficient way to use it. I think what took me 3 hours a day now takes me minutes or is completely automated.

I have only been a client of POS Highway for 6 months but have been very satisfied with the attention given to our account, setup and system so far. I find it easy to contact a representative for information or help with any problems that may arise. Response has been very quick.

I struggled with 3 or 4 stars.... POS Highway is responsive to issues and resolves them in a timely manner. The staff is great to work with and with the different time zones of there staff cover mot of our open hours which is very helpful being on the east coast! We do find that we have reoccurring issues that take billable hours. This may be our own companies fault for some but other times are things we have no access to. We have 2 stores and keeping the data linked seems to always have an issue.

I feel that ongoing training, videos and updates would help everyone understand and use counterpoint better but, I have yet to see that offered.

Over all better then other POS companies but I feel lacking where all IT companies lack in offering more then fixing issues.

Coming in new to my current role they were able to quickly bring myself and team up to speed on our current software. Everyone from their technicians like Steve Tocci to sales team members like Jason Dunham has shown nothing but patience and a true sense of understanding as we perform a daunting overhaul of our POS system. When we have a question on an error we are seeing the support is fast and extremely helpful. The pin point the problem and have a solution on the spot.

When we have needed their service, they are always able to get our problem resolved pretty quickly.
