Good product, very quick turnaround.. Couldnt give 5 as Fed Ex decided to deliver to another location elsewhere in the city when my parcel was clearly marked with the correct address. I had to spend my time hunting it down when I spotted on gps where they delivered it

Since request was made after DSE risk assessment the whole process took less than 2 weeks to have someone come out and assess my workstation until delivery of item. I am awaiting Email to book appointment for the chair to be built.

Gas lift cylinder missing however it…
Gas lift cylinder missing however it was ticked off on the sheet inside the box. The screws were also loose in the box when it arrived. Can't build the chair and have had to escalate internally.

No thought on compatibility of goods with each other, shocking follow up service. Avoid if at all possible
The initial assessment of 28/5/27 recommended a desk and an incompatible footstool that does not fit under the pedestal desk and a mouse that arrived faulty on 2/6/26 .
Lots of follow up emails and after a month I have been told by one dept that I need to order the new mouse despite a different dept stating that they have ordered this.
Initial good delivery even if goods were not compatible, but follow up service is simply shocking I have tried to resolve this with over 25 emails to date to the posturite teams at the following email addresses where the complaint has been passed around Bespoke@posturite, warranties@posturite and Supportmailbox@posturite.

This was posted some three weeks ago and despite the response below from Posturite and many follow up emails, they have not replaced the faulty mouse.
I would advise to avoid this company at all costs due to the absolute incompetence and shocking customer service beyond the sales pitch. I would give a nil star rating if this was at all possible

Order Mishandled & Delayed
PO was submitted on 30th June. The product arrived on 07th July. I had to intervene numerous times to explain that I'm not expecting any chair delivery, it's just an ergonomic mouse. My order was placed on hold. "I can confirm this order has been amended to go just as a direct shipment for you and re-released. Once the item is with our delivery partners, they will contact directly with delivery updates on this for you. I do greatly apologise for any inconvenience due to this."
I suffer a lot due to your internal error.

Quick dispatch, quality item
The desk converter was dispatched straight away (faster than the 2 days the website indicated).
It's not out of the box yet but this is the second one we've ordered because the first was high quality and suitable so we're getting the same now another employee requires one.
