Avoid this dealership – Sold a dangerous, defective bike.They sold me a bike listed in "good used condition," but it was clearly unsafe and should have been sold as spares or repairs. On the ride home, the engine oil started leaking. When inspected, it turned out the sump was cracked and had been temporarily patched with epoxy by the dealer just to get it out the door.To make matters worse, the left shock was leaking. When I questioned it, they lied and claimed it was just from standing and would stop. It didn't. They clearly care more about making a quick sale than the safety of their buyers. Absolute liars—do not trust them.

I recently purchased a bike over the phone without viewing. I had a full depth conversation with Brad about the bike. He was very knowledgeable about the brand.
The day that I went to collect the bike as soon as I walked into the building I was greeted by members of staff who offered me refreshments and we just had a very nice chat about different bikes in the showroom. I can’t thank Brad and the team for all their help and support

Broke down on the way to trade in my bike rang them up they came out and picked me up sorted the bike out just a fuse after all got new bike absolutely brilliant would definitely recommend

Bought a moped from powerslide Derby and they couldn’t have been more helpful. When I went back for my first service yesterday i had a bit of an accident on the way over and was a bit shaken on arrival. The team were lovely, found me a seat, made me a drink and kept checking up on me. Can’t praise this company enough and can definitely recommend.

Very untidy frontage to Shop, broken glass at main door.
Salesman wasn’t overly welcoming, in fact we asked to see 2 bikes to which he pointed out and then didn’t engage in telling us anything about them.
Shame as we went and purchased from Stokes KTM dealer the hour later. Need try harder guys , downhill from last time I visited few years back.

Saw a bike advertised on EBay and followed across to main company web site, where the buy was showing as available; with option to pay a £99 deposit. Paid deposit and bike "immediately' went as reserved on the site.
This was early evening, so I thought no body will get a phone call or something the following day, however as no contact, called the office early afternoon, to be told sorry bike had been sold earlier the previous day and it takes 18 hours to update on system (despite when I paid deposit it went off sale immediately). I said the bike selling was one of those things, but to have to chase myself and being later on day, perhaps somebody could have let me know soon, to be told on a snotty manner they had been busy with staff off!
Customer service zero on this one, which as a serial bike buyer make me certain there will be no further business to be done here,
A local competitor stood in; called me back after my enquiry, took deposit, sent video of bike, prepared bike and made it ready just 3 hours after initial call and it was delivered same day,
Communication is key in all business

Agree to purchase bike from them, agree part exchange valuation, tell them everything they need to know about what I'm part exchanging, go to pick new bike up and get told there's a misunderstanding about what I told them in the email I sent and get offered a lower valuation. No apology, no nothing. Told the guy I was now uninsured to ride my bike back home because I'd changed the insurance over after they'd agreed to the sale and he walked off. Shocking service.

Brought bike from a distance, it had been off the road for many years. Did a deal with Brad, including tyres, brake hoses, service and all fluids changed, have it all in writing, however bike arrives, coolant is dark sludgy and very old, when questioned they tried to say it tested ok, although you can't test for corrosion inhibitors, which is why it's supposed to be changed 3 yearly, and bikes been off the road 5... Fuel tank had never been lifted, airbox was full of cobwebs... Basically got promised the works, received bare minimum, when questioned about it, no apologies, no attempt to remedy the situation... They couldn't care less.

This might not be Texas but there's definitely some cowboys in town.

I've bought 2 bikes from them. All the staff are very friendly and very helpful. Brad and Keiron are the two I've dealt with most and with my first bike which was my first ever bike they were amazing. Took the time to help me understand how to look after it. You're always welcome in for a cuppa if passing too.

I had a manufacturer's issue with the first bike too which again the guys took over and helped me sir. Only praise for them.

Superb people, brought a used bike online. All the communication with Brad top guy. Sent me videos and photos. Nothing was to much. Honest with his comments and arranged everything without an an issue. If you need a new bike new or used powerslide is the best dealer to do Buisness with. Bike is as described and a very happy customer Thank you

Did the px deal over the phone, they offered an excellent price for my zzr1400, against a 21 plate v strom 1050, which was exactly as described when I traveled down to do the swap. Fantastic condition 5k miles bike, super happy with the whole process.. thanks.
