Bad experience with Precision Tune Auto
My experience with Precision Tune Auto Care has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I paid over $1,000 for services, and the moment payment was made, any level of customer service seemed to disappear.
I have attempted to speak with a manager on at least four separate occasions regarding an issue I’m experiencing, and each time I’ve been told I would receive a call back. That has never happened. At this point, it feels less like an oversight and more like intentional avoidance.
What’s most concerning is the complete lack of accountability. If a business is willing to take your money but unwilling to stand behind their work or even have a simple conversation to address concerns, that says everything about how they operate.
I strongly encourage others to be cautious, ask detailed questions, and ensure everything is clearly documented before agreeing to any work. Based on my experience, follow-up support is not something you can rely on here.
Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this establishment again.
