Simon arrived early so we got some photos before we left the house. He was friendly smart and the car was in very good condition. Everything asked about the car was explained.
He allowed the bride to have photos once we got to the venue.
It was a lovely surprise for my wedding day.

You would think forking out hundreds of pounds for a vehicle for an hour on your wedding day would give you some assurance that it would go smoothly. Not at all. Vehicle owner contacted me on the morning of the Wedding to say that the driver had cancelled and the car wasn't coming. After some very stressful back and forth, managed to arrange a new driver. New driver didn't have contact details for the bridal party so it was a nightmare for them meeting up. Car didn't have the ribbons and flowers promised as advertised. Hugely disappointing. Premier carriages seem to devolve all responsibility as soon as you make a booking and aren't contactable, which makes me question what the point of this company actually is.

Thanks for all your help organising my sister's wedding car she loved it. I've never had to book a classic car for a wedding so all your help and advise was greatly appreciated prior to the event. The service from my first call to on the day was fantastic. I couldn't thank you enough. The car got as much attention on the day as the bride and groom did, couldn't fault it.

Everything was perfect. Booking confirmation was clear. Quick at responding to emails. Made multiple changes to our booking and was never too much trouble and never been asked to pay for making changes. Didier was very helpful. The wedding car on our special day was absolutely beautiful. The driver who attended was dressed to impress! He was extremely patient and more than accommodating to the bridal party.
