Cheap material

The graphics were good and came like pictured. However, I was disappointed in the quality of the sweat shirts. For 50$ I would have expected them to have a little more weight to them. They are thin.

Terrible Customer Service

Had a store affiliated with my company up for years without any use, tried to get it taken down by contacting their customer service, and they asked for a physical letter to be mailed to a P.O. box. Hilariously evasive and shady.

Depending on the kind of store, there are specific steps that need to be taken in order to fulfill the removal request which can include sending a letter to our legal department. Do not waste your money

Do not waste your money, the quality is garbage. You’re better off buying a tshirt from dollar tree and printing on a logo yourself. I am embarrassed over the quality. 50$ down the drain.

Bait and Switch

They offer a 40% if you sign up for their mailing list but, when you go to use the code, it doesn’t work! When you reach out to customer service they offer 15% instead. Needless to say I won’t be buying from them.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We are sorry to hear your code did not work. Our customer service offered to refund the difference of 15% because our items already had a 25% discount applied to them due to the sale taking place at the time. Our advertisement mentions “sign up and save up to 40% off” so with the 25% already discounted, the additional discount of 15% would bring the total discount to 40%. Looking at your order details, we can confirm you received the 40% discount but if this is still unclear or you have additional questions, please reach out to us and we would be happy to assist you.

Greg did a great job having a conversation about my concern and we went back and forth being sure to understand each other. He ultimate provided a replacement shirt, which is very appreciated.

Quick delivery, customer service was great

I recieved my product very quickly and it wasn’t quite what I thought with customization.

Customers service Greg helped figure out a solution and went above and beyond my expectations.

Sidenote for women’s hoodies, I suggest ordering a size up.
