Assistenza rapida e sempre disponibile, utilizziamo il modulo per ebay che non ci ha mai dato problemi, quando chiediamo chiarimenti ci rispondono nel giro di poco. ricevuto assistenza anche la settimana di ferragosto. ottimo!!!!

Please STAY AWAY from this "company"!!! This is the most sketchy company I have been dealing with. I have purchased products and they manual block me and push me to buy it product again.(MONEY GRAB)
All time they blame me because I try to use (but i did not use) the software and licence for a different domain. Now they ask to purchase a licence again which cost 225€ and PRESTALIA deactivated my older domain. Overall if I want to continue to use the product again I have to pay double - 225€ I have been paid already + 225€ again for the same product.
This is a simple example: You have a Windows Key for 1 PC and you buy a new PC and try to use your Windows Key, but it's not working and you can still use your Key with your old PC. But if you do exactly the same with PRESTALIA products, they will block your KEY and tell you to pay again.
I spend 5 days chatting with them because I have a project which one run with this "company" software.
Overall total damage: 225€ + 5 days of chatting and another ~10 hours of work to move project with new software.

UPDATE: After I leave review, Prestalia call me a thief, even though they can clearly see all the payments I have made. This is the bottom line where they can go and talk with customers like this.

Your example is incorrect. You purchased a license from us to install one of our modules in one domain (registered at the time of purchase) then you used the same license on a second domain without authorization. (Our conditions specify that our modules can only be installed on one domain per license) You tried to rip us off and steal our work. Unfortunately, however, you have been discovered. We asked you to buy the second license and you didn't want to buy it. You are the thief, not us. We hope we don't have more customers like you.
UPDATE:
We confirm that a thief is someone who tries to use something without paying for it, as in this case. It is true that you paid for the first license, but you (tried) to steal the second. In our house you are still a thief.

Il tuo esempio non è corretto. Hai acquistato da noi una licenza per installare un nostro modulo in un dominio (registrato in fase di acquisto) poi hai utilizzato la stessa licenza su un secondo dominio senza autorizzazione. (Nelle nostre condizioni è specificato che i nostri moduli si possono installare su un solo dominio per licenza) Hai provato a fregarci e a rubare il nostro lavoro. Purtroppo però sei stato scoperto. Ti abbiamo richiesto di acquistare la seconda licenza e non hai voluto acquistarla. Sei tu il ladro, non noi. Speriamo di non avere più clienti come te.
UPDATE: Confermiamo che un ladro è chi cerca di utilizzare qualcosa senza pagarlo, come in questo caso. E' vero che la prima licenza l'hai pagata, ma la seconda hai (cercato) di rubarla. A casa nostra sei comunque un ladro.

Ho acquistato un modulo che richiedeva da subito un upgrade, senza il quale era inutilizzabile, dopo aver richiesto assistenza, mi è stato detto che non avevo l'opzione Zen.
In sostanza volevano ulteriori 170€ per aggiornarlo.
Aperto reclamo PayPal, sono stato rimborsato lo stesso giorno.
ATTENZIONE a questi, utilizzano la tattica degli aggiornamenti per spillarvi più soldi possibili.

Buongiorno, noi non utilizziamo tattiche e non ne abbiamo bisogno per fortuna. I nostri moduli interagendo con i marketplace che cambiano continuamente i loro sistemi devono essere aggiornati frequentemente. Per questo in fase di acquisto puoi acquistare opzione ZEN o Business Care per avere 12 mesi di upgrade. Non è obbligatorio, ma se poi vuoi ricevere gli upgrade è necessaria.

j'ai acheté votre module, mais dans le monde tous les produits sous garantie, vous être gourmandé d'argent, pourquoi ? paracerque module toujours ça va marche en manuelle, si je mettre annonces 1 par 1 synchroniser correctement, téléchargement commande marche correctement aussi, mais synchronisation automatique créations produits marche pas, donc vous voulez m'arnaquer, toujours je suis dans même avis, au lieux de acheté votre module prix exorbitant + option zen (option de voler) acheté module ebay de knowband . c.o.m 4 fois moins chère

Avete acquistato un modulo in Novembre 2021 senza opzione ZEN, quindi senza diritto agli upgrade. Dopo 8 mesi richiedete (gratuitamente) la nuova release aggiornata a seguito delle nuove API eBay. Vi comunichiamo che dovete acquistare opzione ZEN 12 mesi upgrade e ci date dei ladri?

Pessima assistenza. Ho richiesto un'assistenza per un modulo pessimo su prestashop.. fuori i miei tre mesi disponibili (unica assistenza dopo aver pagato 500 euro).

Buongiorno, le confermiamo che passati i 3 mesi di assistenza gratuita è necessario acquistare opzione ZEN come ben specificato dalle condizioni di acquisto del nostro sito e su addons. La nostra assistenza, come tanti clienti ci riconoscono, è sempre veloce (entro poche ore) e risolutiva. Tuttavia non è gratuita.

Gli abbiamo affidato una migrazione da PS 1.6 a 1.7... Ci hanno cominciato a stimare qualsiasi piccolo lavoretto svariati ticket, alla fine ci hanno consegnato un sito difettoso, brutto, che abbiamo dovuto affidare ad altri.... Pagando tutti i pacchetti, più 30 ticket per lavorazioni fatte male o non fatte.... UNA TRUFFA..... Hanno la sede a San Marino, altrimenti passavamo tutto all'avvocato.... LADRI

Il progetto è stato consegnato come da voi indicato, con tutto quello che è stato richiesto da preventivo. Nessun difetto, siete voi che per vostra scelta non avete voluto proseguire e avete voluto affidarlo a un libero professionista perchè non avevate budget. Siamo sempre chiari e trasparenti nelle nostre lavorazioni e preventivi. Naturalmente aggiungendo richieste non previste è normale che vengano quantificate, non siamo abituati a lavorare gratuitamente.

La peggiore assistenza che abbia mai ricevuto da sviluppatori di moduli per Prestashop: ti rispondono sempre in modo scortese e superficiale. Motivo per il quale per avere una risposta devi fare 5 domande ed alla fine la risposta è sempre che non è possibile fare niente.
I moduli sono cari per quello che fanno, molto meglio quelli della concorrenza. I loro hanno sempre limitazioni che gli altri non hanno.
Non penso che comprerò mai più un loro modulo.

Ci spiace che la sua esperienza non sia stata soddisfacente. Tuttavia, se le risposte erano che non era possibile fare niente, probabilmente è perchè pretendeva delle funzionalità che non erano presenti.
