Unfortunately there was an issue with the item we ordered, it arrived faulty and we are unable to use it.
After almost 4 weeks and many emails, this has still not been remedied.
Having contacted the company immediately and sent photographs, one would assume that this would have been resolved promptly.

Bizarrely the company are ignoring my emails, unprofessional and unsatisfactory customer service, avoid, if there is an issue with the order it will not be resolved.

Poor service, not recommended, we are now needing to escalate which is disappointing and time consuming.

Excellent service by delivery company. Hurdles of superior quality to those delivered by another company as they were the correct size as advertised and much stronger despite being of similar price. Very pleased.

I was sent the wrong item and contacted the firm by email straight away, I was then emailed a return label for my nearest Evri Parcelshop, this is a round trip of nearly 20 miles. I then phoned 3 times and was told each time I would receive a call back which I did not get. I then emailed to tell them that I wasn’t going to pay fuel costs for their mistake, no reply as yet. So this morning I emailed again stating the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, which states they must be contacted which I did, as I had phoned them 1st time to tell them I wasn’t going to pay to send their mistake back, the Act states that “it shouldn’t cost me anything or inconvenience me in any way”. So still waiting for contact I have given them the required 14 days for them to pick it up. Update, after writing this review I was contacted by the company to ask why I had given 1*, I then told the gentleman about no communication, the wrong item has now been sent back at their expense. I was sad to give 1* as not many companies deserve this ,even though the products I bought I was happy with, the 1* was the hassle I had getting a satisfactory conclusion.Everything sorted in the end.

Terrible customer service - I am still waiting for an £80 refund for a basket I had to return over two weeks ago because it was poor quality and a completely different colour to the one pictured on the website. I had to cover the cost of return myself (£7) and call/email three times over the course of a week before my returns request was even answered. Currently £87 out of pocket and getting no confirmation of when a refund will be made

Poor quality product, poor customer service and did not refund me for sending basket I ordered which broke in a matter of days after purchase, even though that is legally a requirement. Now I have to go through ombudsman and the effort for this. Do not recommend!
They responded saying a refund was issued for the item (yes) but not for me having to pay to send the broken item back (no!) again, if an item is faulty, the Customers Act of 2015 says that the company needs to pay for the refund of the item and shipping costs in full.

I ordered 10 hazel panels and they arrived within 2-3 days and I have to say the quality is great, you can see the workmanship that has gone into each panel is excellent, highly recommended

I ordered willow screening on Thursday arrived Friday morning before this bank holiday. The quality is excellent and the service outstanding. The delivery driver was was extremely patient and made great effort to contact me for instruction as I was not at home. All round highly recommend this company.

I’ve placed two orders with this company. The quality of the product is excellent. The delivery charges are very fair. The delivery was fast. The ordering process and confirmation was extremely efficient. I cannot praise them enough.

Ordered some panels for our garden. They arrived quickly, delivery was well communicated and well packaged. The panels look great (especially after rain) so I ordered some more, only I made a mistake and got the wrong ones!

While it is unusual to have to pay for return postage, not all businesses have the margins to pay for postage and I messed up so I don't mind.

Main thing is I returned the wrong order and have quickly and without any fuss received a full refund (less the aforementioned postage of course).

Beautiful product and exceptional customer service. Well worth the investment on every level. Our dogs love their new bed.
