Looking for engine air and cabin air filters for my two vehicles. Was able to find and order from the on-line catalogue for one vehicle, but not the other - 2012 Ford Fusion SE. Called their CS line and was advised that could order from catalogue for the 2010 model. Very quick and courteous service but would have been better if the products were actually in their on-line catalogue for this popular vehicle. Free delivery was great. Placed the order on a Sunday, products were at my post office the following Tuesday. I would definitely purchase from them again. Can't speak re the quality of the "Premium" filters yet.

Wasnt so sure i was getting what i ordered with the price being so low. But sure enough i got what i ordered, perfect quality, their own logo on the box.

Fast reliable service, Not sure why they don't stock rear brake pads for 2011 subaru.
It would be nice to get all the pads when doing the work. Other than that, very happy.

Nicer to have a company to ship within Canada. The strut assemblies I bought aren't even available locally. I can't even get the spring coils locally. I got both for the price of struts only. Like I said, FAST shipping.

parts do not seem to last

Ordered an item and they did reply with a cancellation and a reason but could not find out what my next step was. Was told they do not manufacture this item any more. seem to still have it listed.

Definitely Very fast service, and no charge shipping? How do they do that? I'm an Auto Tech, and never seen better service from a parts company. My wheel bearing in my own Montana is still going 2 years later...and I payed 1/4 of what it would have cost at my best trade discount with local parts dealers! The quality is right up there with expensive name brand parts
