shipping on returns expensive and parts avaiability not great. Most times I am looking for a part I always check your website first but most times it is not available or its not a part u have for sale.

I bought a power heated towing mirror hooked it up and it blew the fuse, did some checking and found out the mirror heater had a short in it, I called prime choice Friday morning and talked with Phil, he said no problem take a picture of the mirror off of the truck and e-mail or send it to me, got home Friday after work and took a picture and e-mailed it them and called and talked with Vanessa to confirmed they received it and she said they got it and would send me a new mirror and on Wednesday I got it.
