I've had the pleasure to use PrimeNodes services for both a bare metal server and managed web hosting for a while now. I seriously cannot fault this company in the slightest.
The support and reliability is stellar and consistently exceeds my expectations on all levels. It puts many larger companies offering the same services to shame under all aspects (value for money, support, customer service, performance, reliability, management, etc.)
This is the only hosting company I would currently recommend in a heartbeat. Seriously outstanding. Special mention to William for all your round the clock help recently, this review is the least I can do.

Their hosting service is actually out of this world, the customer support is unmatchable and they have just been an absolute delight to work with. I bought a Ryzen 9 3950X 128GB config. Metallic is super nice. Server was nicely priced and everything worked well. All of the parts were new and unused. I unfortunately had to leave due to me needing a US location. I heard PrimeNodes will receive a US location and I will most likely switch back once it's out.

Highly Recommend
Their prices may not be on par with some of the other hosting options out there but their reliability and support are out of this world! I'd rather give my money to the guys who help and support their customers rather than being treated like just a number like others out there. 10/10 would recommend any day of the week!

Best Host and Best DDoS protection for Dedicated server
I would recommend to those who are in the gaming community to use Primenodes hosting as their DDoS protection is Excellent as well the i7 8700k dedicated server, worth every penny.
The support is excellent too good response time.

Prime Nodes has been excellent!
Prime Nodes has been excellent in helping me setup my domain and hosting for my company southwest360.co.uk. They were able to help me quickly with any issues I had and were able to resolve them.
I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for hosting!

Want a higly configurable server and a flexible company?
Don't go here.
Altough they may seem like they are flexible up front, they are rigid af.
They won't provide a server to your taste, but instead force you to use their preconfigured servers that don't even meet your quote. That while promising configurability!
Expect to pay double for an US server, they probably don't make enough profit otherwise.
The hardware itself is decent, hence the two stars.
Just a giant thickhead in charge of customer support.

We're slightly confused on your comment on the topic of us forcing customers to use pre-configured servers as you contacted us less than 24 hours ago requesting a custom server, to which we happily provided the quote. Our website lists a standard suggestion of configuration for all hardware options, but every server is customisable. We're not a big company by any standard so every server is built to order after a custom quote is requested by the customer.
We're a UK based company with our services mainly based in London - we do however provide services from New York and Chicago. While our prices in the USA are higher due to the additional cost of colocation in those locations, if you compare the prices we provide our USA i7 8700K servers to other providers, even much larger providers, you will find that we are very similarly priced.
If there is anything we can do to help improve your experience with us, please feel free to reach out to us, and we will be happy to help.
