Great experience from purchase to delivery with the added bonus of the best price I could find

Recently ordered a printer from Printerland for the first time and have been very impressed. They had a wide range of quality products on their website at a reasonable price.
The service was great from start to finish. The printer was delivered quickly and before delivery I received a phone call to check that the printer would meet my needs and, following delivery, I received a further email to check that the printer had been received and that I was happy with it.
You feel that you have received personal service from a company who truly cares about their products and their customers.
I had never used Printerland before but following this experience, I will definitely use them again for all my future printer and accessory needs.

Internet ease, with a personal service. Ordered a printer where there was a better one I’d not spotted for a few £ more. The team called me and talked me through the differences. I’d save money overall in cartridges. The whole process was seamless.

After I placed the order for my printer I received a call from Printerland to explain that the printer I had chosen was an older model with a relatively slow print rate. They recommended a more modern alternative with better performance than my original price and it was also a few quid cheaper. Greatly appreciated service.

If i could give a nil star I would. Ordered a printer Wednesday as stated next day delivery (i ordered before 12 noon) and I needed to issue invoices. Low and behold following day no printer and no contact. Finally contacted me and stated problem in warehouse and will not be despatched until late yesterday. Supposed to be delivered today and just been advised that now won't get to me until 1/9/2026 Tues ONE FULL WEEK LATER. I have now cancelled the order and will have to purchase one locally.

After a stressful time of trying to get a printer delivered and being let down by two other companies, this company was an absolute joy to order form. The customer service team were lovely, helpful and friendly. It was a easy order and the next day I have my printer. I will being using these guys for all my printer/toners from now on! I ordered my new laser printer at 2pm on a Thursday and recieved it before 2pm on the Friday. Our address is considered by many firms to be highlands and Islands so this was an amzing surprise. The printerland team called me to discuss consumables and I accepted their advice and discount on a black toner cartridge. I am delighted with this service. Service by real people on the phone. It is appreciated these days. My Printer is in use daily in my small startup music tuition business. I will not hesitate to order here again and would strongly recommend everyone to use them.

Website is easy to navigate, with a wide range of printers, competitive prices and very rapid delivery. I have bought from them before, so I did look around in case I was missing better prices elsewhere, but it seems not. Highly recommended!

Needed a new colour laser printer, found Printerland and am SO glad I did. The fast response and advice given meant that I got the best printer for my needs (and best price), follow up customer care is superb, many thanks to Vincent Kumar for explaining my warranty queries. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company, they really do go above and beyond which is a rarity these days. Well done guys!

Easy to place an order online, quick and accurate delivery.

When they say they will ring back they ring back. When they say they will leave a note for someone they do it. I was having problems with resetting a password after a new router was installed. I was quite agitated. Andy took me through the process step by step - once in July when for some reason we still do not know, the wireless network stopped working properly; and now in August when a new router was installed. He and other staff are unfailingly courteous and patient.
They don't claim to be technical but they know how to give help with the important basics to do with printers. Also:
When they say an order will be delivered, it is delivered within the time frame they give - normally 24 hours. What a great company.

My brother-in-law recommended Printerland as I needed to replace my old inkjet printer. There was a huge selection on offer, and the site and filters made it easy to find a printer suitable to my needs. Oh, and the price was really good. thank you brother-in-law!
