Shockingly bad. I used them many years ago and was satisfied but on this occasion they were worse than extremely poor.

AVOID Same as other reviews above, appears to look like a UK company, goods come from Pakistan, you are billed with shipping and duty by courier company, promise they will refund you, but do not.

If you like to pay for some thing and get something completely different then there an awesome company, AVOID AVOID AVOID, Bad communication promised to re print the cards and a year later no movement, Im thinking of suing them, Absolute nightmares..

Extremely fast and best prices i ever found online in my region
i wanted to print some Custom boxes and some custom stickers for one of my new upcoming product. They delivered me new printed custom boxes with my own design in 6 working days. which was not possible anywhere i looked.

Really unprofessional company. We’ve used this company as part of some charity material. The goods actually come from Pakistan and when delivered the courier asks for import tax to be paid otherwise they won’t release the goods. We then asked printinggoods and they said they would pay us. It’s been months and still nothing. Don’t risk it with this company.

I ordered 1000 boxes from Prinitinggood.co.uk back in October 2017. After being invoiced for a specific design, I agreed to pay the amount they asked for and waited. After going backwards and forward over a couple of weeks, it turns out they couldn't make the design they agreed to, and now I have no product whatsoever.

This was in the build up to Christmas and completely ruined my small company's Christmas trading, as I didn't have the packaging for my product. 5 months on and I still haven't received the refund I was promised!!

Despite speaking to them on the phone multiple times, they always say the same thing, "let me speak to my accounts team and find out what is going on". I am now taking the company to court.

As a side note - when they sent me a sample of my packaging (which was printed wonky and glued terribly), it was clear that the item was printed and sent from Pakistan. Everyone I have spoken to has a Indian/Pakistani accent, and despite having a registered address in the UK, it is quite clear they are based abroad and not in the UK as plastered all over their website.

everything was going amazingly until I'd paid and placed my order. I couldn't believe how helpful printinggood.co.uk were being and how good of a price printinggood.co.uk gave me. I made the payment and then got sent a proof after i'd pestered them a bit about getting it sent to me. I then told them that this really wasn't what I was looking for. They reallllly didn't like hearing that, I started trying to get a refund in March…it's now December …I still haven't had my 100 pounds back, they've said 'It'll be in your account tomorrow' 3 times. printinggood.co.uk speak to you in the most un-professional way possible, printinggood.co.uk asked me 'if I was joking' when i asked printinggood.co.uk to sort my refund out after printinggood.co.uk hadn't given it to me. I trusted printinggood.co.uk with account details (I know rookie mistake, but I wanted my money back.) printinggood.co.uk now have my account details and I have no refund. STAY AWAY! they are literally THE dodgiest company i have EVER dealt with. Oh P.S. I don't even have any business cards to show for it (My order). So i literally just transfered printinggood.co.uk 100 quid for nothing. If I could give printinggood.co.uk 0 stars I would, please take my advice. I am not one of those whiney reviewers that get annoyed at a creased envelope. printinggood.co.uk just ARE that bad.

Same as review above!! I was looking at getting some business cards made up, so i did what almost everyone does and went to Google and typed away.

Printinggood.co.uk came really high up and their website looked very professional. straight away the chat person asked if printinggood.co.uk could help, we got chatting and everything seemed quite good and a decent price. so I went ahead there and then and ordered with them. At first they were alright, getting to work on what i wanted.

I ordered the design service which i basically ended up designing the cards anyway and printinggood.co.uk got back to me a couple of times with the design, but after the 2nd revision i have heard nothing back from printinggood.co.uk, i have sent multiple emails, tried ringing the number but no response..... Just so dodgy.



After checking printinggood.co.uk details on companies house, it appears that printinggood.co.uk do not exist and the address they give on their website and invoices is for a company called services2u. 

Everything about this company stinks! get watchdog on them, just an awful business. Never received my business cards and never heard back from them. When a friend of mine call them from another number, they picked up. I harrassed them to have a refund for 3 weeks and then again they dissapeared!!!!! Never again

I wish I had seen all the bad reviews of printingood.co.uk before buying my business cards with them. All the bad reviews of them relate exactly the same sort of story: enquiry, forceful call to place an order, order made, mistake made on order, bad customer service, no refund, nonsense discount on new order, and no commuincation. Have a look online before placing your orders! I have already asked to some unhappy clients to related their experience with printingood.co.uk and Kevin here.

Basically, I order from printingood.co.uk 500 business cards which a specific request (smiley cut). They accepted it charging us £175 for 500 cards, it's pricey but I understood as not all printers can do the cut and I suspect that printingood.co.uk can't either but just accepted our request for the money.

When we received the cards, we realised that not only that request was not respected but the cards quality was horrendous: the colours were fade, the requested cut inexistent, and some cards were even stained. When I called printingood.co.uk and spoke to Kevin, he denied the facts whilst our quote clearly specifies our request. I asked for a refund but he offered to place the same order with a ridiculous 5% discount. I complain and send a formal complain email and they've been ignoring our calls not willing to rectify the situation. I will never order again and won't recommend them at all. I am hoping more reviews will come out soon. The printing world will do better without printingood.co.uk.
