The experience went perfectly!
The experience was great! It was fast, easy, and completely anonymous which made me more comfortable to request testing. I was able to schedule same day appointments at a near by location. The results came exactly when specific which made it even more perfect! Everything went smoothly. Would definitely recommend to others!

My HSA refused payment of this, which led me to believe this service was sketchy. In the end, it was fine, but there was a lot of uncertainty and it made it an uneasy experience.

I had an appointment for 12:20 - lol
I had an appointment for 12:20, since I was going during my lunch break at work and it's only about 20 minutes from me. It couldn't sign me in so I asked a lady for help, I told her about my apt and what time it was and she "helped" sign me in, clicked through the thing so fast and then said it was okay for them to reschedule my apt for 2 pm and thats when I tried stopping her and said that I need to get this done asap and thats why I had my apt for 12:20 and she said no its just a placeholder and they'll get with me in 5 minutes. lets just say 35 minutes went by, they took the 12:30, 12:40, and 12:50 apts all before me and I finally said wtf is going on ive been scheduled before all these people, the lady said 5 minutes, and now im going to be about 25 minutes late back to work if you dont take me right now. Needless to say I was pissed off, stressed from having to get blood drawn and late from lunch and that I will never be coming back to this location ever again for the rest of my life. Im sure it doesn't matter to you, you need to ask for reviews but will never do anything to better the staff or change your ways to better serve everyone. So ill just be on my merry way as you go on yours, but remember this review next time someone asks for help to simply just check in.
