Brilliant service very happy

Just had a L200 delivered,a day early ,in pristine condition, the service and staff were polite and really helpful, even though I live in Surrey I will use this company from now on for all my cars . Thank you Ashley and your team ,a pleasure to do business with you …

I bought a Disco from Priory Cars and they were super professional and handled the transaction excellently.

Ashley, made the transaction very very smooth I cannot fault his approach the professionalism used and just all round care and the non pushy approach.

I had a video of the car sent to me very quickly and a very detailed one and then a video call to show me around it even further.

Needless to say I bought the car and would highly recommend Ashley and Priory top draw and many thanks the car was exactly as described and in the videos.

Ashley was very helpful and assisting. I saw a blue Mitsubishi barbarian online and there was quick and good communication to come and view the vehicle. Upon viewing the vehicle it was exactly as described and pictured. Quick and easy process to purchase the truck and very happy with everything.

Bought a car from Priory cars and couldn’t fault the service. The car was valeted and ready for me when I got there, everyone was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend

Sold my tuck, very quick and professional. Would use again. 01/05/2025

Travelled from Newcastle to Bedford , The car had been driven and engine already warmed , had a drive seemed fine, then took it home .Next day left for over seas trip for 3 weeks when i got back i Found a lot of faults with the engine on cold, Air con didnt work few other issues . When i brought this up with the seller they said it was outside of 30 days and immediately said claim on the warranty bbasically as most reviews say, he didnt want to know and i had little chance of a refund it seemed . When i went into a dispute with Loans365 finance they didnt really want to know either . The car is only just now getting repaired under the warranty. Ash did offer to swap but at a cost , that i covered the mileage i had travelled which would have cost £2000 extra , Single parent it was my only form of transport so was in a proper corner. I was sold a lemon and this experience has left a very bitter taste ,make sure you test drive even get professional help on your car purchase.

Great service from Ashley delivered same day

Ashley was great vehicle delivered same day

"I recently purchased my dream car, a stunning Maserati GranTurismo, from PrioryCars, a fantastic family-run car sales business in Castle Road Bedford. The team exceeded my expectations with their exceptional service, expertise, and genuine passion for cars.

From the moment I walked in, I was treated like family. The team took the time to understand my needs, offered expert advice, and showcased their impressive collection of luxury vehicles. Their knowledge and enthusiasm were contagious, making the entire buying process a true pleasure.

The GranTurismo is everything I hoped for and more – a perfect blend of style, performance, and sophistication. I'm thrilled to own this beautiful car, and I owe it all to the wonderful team at Priory Cars Bedford.

If you're looking for a hassle-free, enjoyable car-buying experience with people who truly care, look no further than Priory Cars. Five stars isn't enough – I'd give them ten stars if I could! Highly recommended!"

Bought a car from Priory Cars. Nice smooth transaction. Made the whole process simple and easy.

Excellent customer service. I bought a car from Priory Cars back in February and when I phoned them this morning for a duplicate invoice, they actioned it immediately.
Very happy with my purchase and even more impressed with the service

Great team. Helpful / friendly and very good prices! Top quality cars would 100% recommend !

I found Ashley very helpful and answered all questions promptly.
Car was delivered to North Wales and the admin side went very smoothly.
Great service! 👍

Good company

Quality cars

Did me a good deal

And delivered to my house as promised

Thank you

The guy was extremely rude. We had an emergency and had to cancel our appointment. We also also trust with this company after reading reviews. It was a very hard to get our "refundable deposit" back, where Ashley got very aggressive and rude.

I would avoid this garage for peace of mind.

Good customer service and solid communication. Vehicle exactly as pictured and described with full service history and proof. Vehicle has 2 weeks left on MOT and a new 12 month MOT was provided with the car on the day. Overall very good company to deal with and very professional.

Ashley was amazing car was delivered same day
