Terrible service
Charged all my balance after few months of inactivity. Paid SMS receiving (around 1.5 euro)

I am quite unsatisfied with the Proovl approach. It is misleading and very unprofessional, customer unfriendly communication. Let me explain what happened:

I needed a virtual number for a specific country and googleing found Proovl - relatively good web presentation, so I hoped/expected it may work well (located in Estonia, a country with a good image), how wrong I was!

Proovl write the following
„By published and accepted terms we can guarantee you'll receive any sent SMS only with numbers of SIM series.
...
To avoid any confusion, you can always try before you buy.
...“

Unfortunately the test is only possible for a limited number of countries (Australia, Estonia, UK, USA). My country could not be tested, but it IS listed as a supported country. So I purchased a number, expecting that if anything goes wrong I would be able to cancel and get my money back. The service did not work reliably and I sent a message to the Proovl Support ON THE FIRST DAY (i.e. I obviously did not use the service) asking them to cancel the account with immediate effect and to pay back the amount since the service does not work as promised/expected. We talk about 30 EUR, not a huge amount, but a PRINCIPAL matter. Their support answers as follows
„We are delivering our services within published and accepted terms.
We’ve looked into your account, and it shows that you have a received message in your Virtual Inbox on the page of Messages.
Therefore, we concluded that you could use the service without any issues.
If you still cannot obtain some expected message in your Inbox, you have to contact the sender to make sure that SMS was sent.“

So they say that a customer is not telling the truth - I explained that I personally sent a test SMS from my physical mobile phone to the Proovl number twice and this did not work. I would be extremely happy if the service would work for my country, but this is not the case.

Their final message is: „Your account, as well as probably open issues, are currently under supervision by our support team leader with the goal of the best service“, but it seems that do not want to accept the possibility that the service DOES NOT WORK - we‘ll see what will happen. I‘ll keep the community informed. For the time being my suggestion is: stay away from Proovl, they will not refund your money even if the service does not work.

Overall good service. Proovl customer service was efficient.

after i gave 1 star rating and told them i'll chargeback, they finally gave in and returned my money to my creditcard. just wanted to clarify this. that's a nice gesture, yet still 1 star rating.

The website proovl.com. Had "happiness" to contact this office. Created, added to the balance, hooked up room. To the number the SMS came, deleted the number, delete the number stands as the monthly rate for this room! Hooked up the second room, it just did not come to any one Text, again it was removed. Connected Tretiy number, changed the country of 20 sent SMS came only one! For a single SMS I took a little less than one Euro.
Of course I was not satisfied with this service, I asked for the rest of the money back. Technical support replied that not all SMS are guaranteed to come, take the tariff more expensive. If you have any more questions, please. I answered that I have no questions and once again asked the balance to return. I never heard from them again.
I would not have written this review, if they had not banned me and somehow tried to resolve the issue. At first, I couldn't write to them in my office anymore. Then I have not approached the password from ACCA on the site. Restore through form of his, too, not...

Отзыв по сайту proovl.com. Имел «счастье» связаться с этой конторой. Зарегистрировался, пополнил баланс, подключил номер. На номер СМС не приходили, удалил номер, удаление номера стоит как месячный тариф для этого номера! Подключил второй номер, на него так же не пришла ни одна СМСка, снова удалил. Подключил трейтий номер, поменял страну, из 20 отправленных СМС пришла только одна! За единственную СМС у меня сняли чуть меньше одного евро.
Меня конечно такой сервис не устроил, я попросил остаток средств вернуть. Техподдержка ответила, что не все СМС гарантированно приходят, возьми тариф подороже. Если есть еще вопросы, обращайся. Я ответил, что у меня вопросов нет и еще раз попросил остаток средств вернуть. От них я больше ничего не слышал.
Я бы и отзыв этот не писал, если бы они меня не забанили и хоть как то пытались бы уладить вопрос. Сначала я больше не мог им ничего написать в личном кабинете. Потом у меня не подошел пароль от акка на сайте. Восстановить через форму его тоже не смог, выскакивала ошибка, типа моего аккаунта тут и не было. Короче, просто украли деньги. Совет, обходите этот сервис-недоразумение стороной. Я в свою очередь этот отзыв оставлю где только смогу, чтоб поменьше людей наступали на эти грабли.

From my experience, this is the only solution which allows receiving SMS from all online services with SIM numbers. But a bit costly.

i buy usa number and also read full price list.
but after buying number and received sms on my number .proovl detect lot of charges detect per sms.
on main website USA sms price 0.0089€
and also not mention on Knowledgebase

But hidden charges its here:

Using Api for bulk sms. Quick and trustful service. Very good communication.

TOOOOOO BAD,just like a scam website,
can receive sms two or three times when you tried 10 times.
can't send out any sms ,although it shows sent successfully on this webiste.
too many traps after you purchased a number.
The most ridiculous thing is ,if you complaint with the support guys, they will not admit the bad service. And suspend your account.

This company is selling virtual SIM numbers. It will make you purchase more and more credits
It charges you for everything for the purchase of SIM and for each SMS even if don't send SMS it will delete your number and you can only restore it within 28 days but again pay more money.

Also, it doesn't worn you by email or tells you clearly on the website, only in agreement in the form of PDF, that if you don't use refill your credits you lose them

So trying to make you always pay. Junk service. Don't use it No email for support on the website to contact as well.
