Fantastic seller
My figure originally arrived faulty, (not the sellers fault) but it was easy to sort out and the seller immediately offered a replacement without problem.
Would definitely buy from again
Thanks

Can't praise this company highly enough - very friendly, fast and patient customer service when I needed to change the address on my order a few times due to an unexpected house move. They even offered to split my order and send the available items out seperately so I didn't have to wait for all of them to come into stock. Their communication is absolutely amazing and always fast to reply, my items arrived safely and in excellent condition thanks to the careful packaging but I have no doubt if there was a problem that it would be dealt with promptly. Many thanks for such a wonderful customer experience, I'll definitely be purchasing again! :)

I ordered a Geralt of Rivia sword and had a minor mishap with the age verification (pardon the pun) The customer service team were quick to get back to me and sent the sword out so quick.

I was genuinely shocked by the quality of the handle and the sword itself. Its clearly something that was built and not factory produced like most stuff these days.

Ive never seen my boyfriend so happy with a present. This has definitely set a bar for next year. Thanks guys, you've made his year!

Just bought my second figure from this guy, and just like the first time, I am absolutely over the moon with it.
To quote a certain movie character, I'll be back 👍😉⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Just received another item and as usual great service. I have a list of 5 companies I will go to for action figures (more than once) and P&R are number 1 on it! Try them and you will not be disappointed.

Still providing competitive prices and rock solid service.

Another great delivery and 10/10 service from Curtis. This company is the best and the only online place I buy my collectibles from because it is the best.

Props are a fantastic company. Customer service is second to none and they are prompt in replying to any queries.
Website is easy to navigate around and the ability to pre order with either a 10% deposit or pay fully is a welcome addition.
Orders arrive promptly and are well packaged.
I recommend using this company for all your collection needs.

Great products, great service and great communication. Really good knowledge about current and upcoming products. Products always come impressively well packed, which, as an in box collector is extremely important to me but also very rare. Some of the so-called big names in this area could learn an awful lot from propsandreplicas.co.uk.

Some of the best prices around. Lowest prices on DC Multiverse, even cheaper than amazon. Multiple great transactions.

Communication was great and generally a great team to talk to, the owner was ill which everyone gets and is understandable however he sent out my good and refunded the delivery although I didn't ask for it. Such a great service with added value to people who want to give the best experience to their customers. Thanks guys I will be back

Had never heard of this company before but they had something in stock I’d been looking desperately for. Perfectly straight forward and was delivered rather fast

Great selection of collectibles and very professional customer service. I will definitely be back in the near future.

Messaged on instagram to see if the had a munitions 1 pack, they replied that they’d happily looked and found one for me to buy also bought some figures was here but end of week just amazing over highly recommended!!

Truly exceptional customer service. A figure arrived slightly damaged and I was quickly sent a replacement with no extra hassle or cost

The owner replies quickly to emails. Prices are second to none, at least for the figure lines I’m interested in. They’re also very transparent about what is and isn’t in stock, and when orders might arrive, which is my main problem with a lot of similar retailers out there

Purchased WFC Premium Finish Optimus Prime. Fair price, and great, prompt service. Figure came securely packaged within a few days or ordering. Would definitely buy from Props and Replicas again. Thanks!

Very happy first time customer. I wanted 3x Neca figures which are not readily available on the shop shelves. I searched for them and found them at a price that was better than the competition and all in stock. Never having heard of Props & Replicas before I was apprehensive of buying for the first time. I searched the reviews and it all checked out okay so I made the purchase. They were dispatched the next day and arrived in possibly the most well packaged state I have ever had goods of this type. I will 100% be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone else who wants one of their items.

I recently ordered three items from props and replicas. The items were delivered to me very fast with tracking. They were very well packaged and they were all in mint condition. Very happy with my purchase and will definitely be shopping here again. Keep up the good work!

Had a figure brought for me for Christmas. My fiance isn't too clued up on figures. Said these guys helped her a great deal. Especially hearing she had poor service else where at a place we had used before. Said these guys helped her get the figure without issue and gave her advice as she wasnt sure. The last ronin figure I received was perfect. Also packaged well. Thanks for everything guys.

Very friendly service! Was more than helpful and happy to answer my many questions. The package was packed so that my item would receive no damage! The delivery was also very fast too! Will definitely be buying from you again!

If I could give any higher review I absolutely would. The service this website offers is just fantastic. I ordered a Deadpool figure very early in the morning and it was dispatched same day. The figure turned up way ahead of when I expected it to. Great prices and packages have always shown up with such love and I have never had a damaged order. An absolutely fantastic place to get all of the gaming/movies/TV shows etc memorabilia you could ask for. 110% the first place I'm coming to.
