Best price on Pirelli tyres in the area
Had my front tyres replaced. They inadvertently fixed a clicking sound that was coming from the wheels that I was originally quoted from Jaguar as a £250 fix. Also, correctly identified that my wheels were out of alignment, something JLR failed to notice at my inspection two weeks earlier (this may have been the fault of the clicking sound.

Great staff provided a warm welcome and investigated my issue quickly. Soon found the screw in my tyre and fixed it without a problem. Took a while but I didn't have an appointment and they were busy.

Such a horrible experience! Go to the Mold Branch instead!
Such a horrible experience. I went to get new front tyres and tracking done. They completely messed up my tracking and my wheel pulled dramatically to the left. After arranging another appointment over the phone I was told that "I" had booked it at mold protyre instead. The woman who i dealt with at the counter in Buckly protyre delivered an awful experience. She wouldn't let me speak, blamed me for booking the wrong place, wouldn't belive that there was anything wrong with the car by the look on her face and she was just plain rude and belittling. Ive never had such a bad customer experience.
Keep in mind I paid nearly £500 for this just for it to be botched and get horrific service in return with no apology or compensation for wasting my time and money!
I decided to keep my appointment at the Mold Protyre instead and head there. WOW. What a difference. The staff there were so kind and understanding and fixed all the issues caused by the buckly branch. If it weren't for them id never go near this company again. So thanks Mold!

I walked in with a head light out…
I walked in with a head light out person I spoke to was busy and asked me to call at reception. A member of staff asked if this was my car and said he would do it there and then. Perfect he also asked someone to do a free tyre check which was done immediately. Thank you
