Got the tyres I wanted and fitted promptly too

Car was losing a small amount of pressure everyday so hoped it would be a tyre repair rather than an expensive new tyre. The team checked the tyre and found the tyre was Ok but there was a small leak from the bead.

A more respectful interaction with your customers. However, the Manager at the depot where I took my car was exceptional in his manner and interaction, regarding a situation I encountered with an employee from the depot when I queried a report about my vehicle.

I Had my front and back brake pads and discs replaced on my vw golf by this garage. The job was to a high standard main dealer equivalent. The new team in pro tyre are decent and honest. The manager is taking the garage in the right direction.

Good atmosphere, great guidance as to what to look for in the future. Great attitude.

I got the tyres I wanted at a great price with friendly and helpful service.

I highly rate Luke and Dan to resolve any problem at the Canterbury branch and save yourself costs of unnecessary repairs from the likes of Mr Clutch Canterbury.

Went in with slow puncture, but didn't know where air was escaping from. They looked at my car quickly and told me it was a puncture in the sidewall so not repairable. Quoted me a price for a new tyre, but it was more than I wanted to pay so I asked what other ones they had that were cheaper. They told me that was the only one they had in stock of that size, so I felt there wasn't much option other than to have it replaced with the one they had. They also told me that my rear brake pads and discs needed replacing as they were right down on the limits. They tried to convince me to have it done at the same time. However, the car had only recently been serviced and MOT'd and there hadn't been any mention of this, so I was reluctant to have it done. In the end I just got them to replace the tyre. The next day I took my car to the garage where it is normally serviced and told them what had been said. They looked at the rear brakes and told me that they did not need replacing. So in conclusion, I was happy that Protyre had looked at the car quickly and replaced the tyre, but not happy with the advice about the rear brakes. I also discovered that the price I paid for the tyre was well above the price quoted for the same tyre on their website.

Product I had ordered had been delivered on time, and my new tyres were fitted at the allotted time.
I was given a full report on the condition of my brakes - at no extra charge - and a very reasonable and competitive price was quoted me for the job. I was dealt with by LUKE, who I found to be helpful, capable and accomodating. I went to PROTYRE having been let down by another organisation. I have no regrets in this decision . . . Great company to deal with; - a real breath of spring compared to the competition.

Luke was an absolute gentleman.

I received a warm service with expert advice when it came to some new tire recommendations.
Just before I left, I had forgotten to mention that my TPMS light was on.

I'm not great with cars, but Luke certainly is. He kindly asked for my keys, directed me to the waiting area, and within 5 minutes, he had checked all of my tires and made sure they were at the correct pressure.

A small awkwardness was initiated when he looked at me wanting to pay. Yes, that's right. He fixed my problem for no charge whatsoever.

Rather annoyingly, having received such good service, I now have to return to buy new tires. How can I not???
