Pot hole wrecked yet another tyre which was beyond repair. Turned up unannounced at the Dunmow centre and was greeted by Henry who took my details and started to process immediately. It was 11:00 on Saturday morning so I expected a wait.Henry informed me that there was a 60 min. wait time. Tate started to deal with the tyre within 30 mins and was kind enough to show me the damaged tyre. All done within 45 mins and my replacement Goodyear was a reasonable price too. Efficient and friendly service and hats off to Henry and Tate who were both stars and had me on my way swiftly. Would recommend.

Easy to book a test at a time to suit online at a reasonable price. Test conducted promptly while I waited. Coffee and other drinks provided FOC. Good experience.

We have cars Mot and service here and have done for a few years now. The quality of work is great and they always give good advice on options. Their customer service has improved greatly with prompt answering of calls and someone being at the reception desk.

Excellent service, staff polite and very helpful, quick efficient service. Would highly recommend, when required shall be going back to them.

I had a puncture repair which didn't hold and still went down, which then ended up with a tyre replacement. The tyre price was matched to another supplier but didn't originally receive puncture repair refund. However after review, this was deemed an oversight and the puncture repair was refunded.

Been using the guys for over 10 years now and I’m always happy with the service. As a ex mechanic that’s to lazy to crawl under the car anymore I fine them trustworthy and pricey are reasonable

I had a MOT done which I found easy to book on-line, I did try to telephone a couple of times but after 10 minutes not being able to get through I decided to go there and speak to them. I found them polite and very helpful. Overall I was happy with the service hence 5 stars.

2 tyres renewed in about 20 mins, no waiting. All pleasant staff and free cuppa in waiting area. Great service.

Got there early morning , dropped keys, was keep informed, mot and service , passed mot , had some advisories, wasn't rushed into having them done. I chose to get them done... picked my car up early afternoon , and price wasn't over the top .
