The mechanics who looked after my car were thorough and pointed out the problem (my car had been checked only a few weeks before) straight away.

Having booked and paid for tyres and front wheel alignment and arrived 10 minutes early I was made to wait 2 hours before get my vehicle back. Plenty of staff strolling about but only 3/4 people working at any one time then swopping over while the other 4/ 5 stood around chatting. I feel that the va va voom of customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Rear Tyres change of Honda Jazz (GK3/Red)
The mechanics were very nice. They placed seat cover on my driver seat. The tyres repalcement were quick. The mechanic shared the torque value to me because I did not know the torque when I put my spare wheel on (he said I made the way to them so it's alright anyway). They taught me how to clear the deflation warning with me before leaving.

Called in with a flat tyre
Called in with a flat tyre - I was told that I had run flats on the front(one of which was the flat) but that my pair of new tyres on the rear weren’t in fact run flats at all. Luckily I had my son with me(who is a car mechanic) who confirmed that they rears were run flats?!?

huge deterioration compared to 10 years ago...
The disconnect between the protyre website and onsite is disappointing and unnecessary: "we can't change the order here, you'll have to cancel online and re-order", "that discount is only available for online orders" etc. the (formerly clean) wheel fitted with a new tyre was now filthy and the wheel and tyre smeared with grease. The tyre was inflated to 42 psi, 6 psi above the rest. Micheldever used to be my go to for tyres... Never again.

Very quick and easy to book online, I did an 8am booking and the staff were very efficient and I was told what time my booking was likely to finish and it was more or less the right time, I had a pair of Tyres done and also the alignment. Saturday the eighth

Poor service ☹️
I had pre-booked a 15.00 appointment to have two new tyres fitted and the tracking checked (I was unable to book the online offer for tracking/adjustment).
I ended up in the queue before being directed to the tracking bay once I reached the front. I had the tracking adjusted as an extra and then waited for the new tyres. After two hours I was able to leave, only to return some 15 minutes later as the steering was badly pulling to the right. I was attended by one guy who decided the front and rear wheels needed swapping. This helped the steering problem but the tyre pressure alarm set off, I checked the pressure when I got home to find the two (new) front tyres had only 20psi, the rears also had issues.
I have used Micheldever for many years with no problems but this was unacceptable service.
