Tyre not delivered as promised
Tyre was ordered and paid for online and I was invited to book an appointment for the following day which I did. When I arrived I was told that the tyre had not arrived at the depot and that Saturday deliveries rarely did ! Why was I allowed to book and more importantly why did no one phone me to save me a pointless journey ? An hour of my time and the cost of petrol I'll never see again. I've always had good service here but surely there is a process for this.

Very quick and efficient service
Very quick and efficient service. I took my car in as there was a noise when driving. It was diagnosed quickly, part located and car fixed in a couple of hours.

I had booked a appointment and was told…
I had booked a appointment and was told would take around 30/40 mins to change 2 front tyres and tracking .i waited 2hours until completed which messed my day up .after the guy said he couldnt reset my tyre pressure as couldnt see how to do it .i didnt pay attention as just wanted to get out of there .straight after driving off had air bag sign come up along with other lights and didnt realise until next day that all controls including horn was not working .i called them they said nothing to do with them tbey dont touch the computer system .but having googled they could of knocked the sensor or broke the sterring coil ? Something like that they said i can go in for diagonistic but im sure they will not admit fault so i dont see the point in going back just wont ever use them again

Genuine Team and Amazing Service
Mike and Lee were amazing. I needed a tyre to be swapped out urgently as I needed to travel North. The tyre was ordered and the supplier sent the wrong tyre. Mike and Lee could not do enough to get me a replacement that AM which they did. They truly went out of their way to get it sorted that morning which they did. They were aware of my family emergency in the North and pulled out all the stops to assist. They truly were genuine and put my situation first. I recommend them over anywhere else. Great team that care. Thank you.

Test didn’t work
Had an air con test and they said it was fine, so regassed it. But it only worked an hour so took it back in and they said it was leaking (which is the point of the test to check this!).
They were kind to refund but a lot of wasted time and diesel etc

Trying to upsell to a vulnerable female
Two garages said slight play but not needed to be done straight away
The car had been serviced the day before but I went to another garage to ask them they both said it’s fine
It’s not the way to do business if you want repeat customers.

As usual, if you arrive without a booking, they can sometimes fit you in. Service is very prompt. On this visit, I thought the Air Conditioning re-gas (R134a) was expensive compared to the previous year.
