I made a booking for a Gold Service this was made paid and made online for Friday 09/01/26, however when I arrived the booking had not been received, despite providing confirmation (screenshot) the service could not be carried out on the date arranged. Simon was very apologetic and did try to confirm how and why this had occurred, although no reason could be provided an alternative date was agreed.

Booked an mot then asked for a bronze service, discussed condition if front tyres and was told they would be checked and I would be advised if they needed changing. Received a call and agreed a price for two new tyres which I was happy to pay.

I had two appointments in December 2025, the first concerned with my drive flat tyres and the later appointment for MOT and Silver Service. Everything was explained in full (helpful when you don't know anything about cars). The tyre appointment saved me £250+ because I only needed one of the two tyres I had ordered. They could have fitted/changed both and I'd have been faced with a much bigger bill (and would have been paying for unnecessary work). Post MOT and service the mechanic talked me through what had been done and why. He was very helpful. I will definitely return as I trust them and was delighted with their services and approach.

Plenty of parking space, welcoming staff, efficient booking, pleasant waiting area, only charged for what was needed, detailed invoice and fair price.

My experience with pro tyre was amazing and very quick , price was cheap but service quality. Especially the coffee machine , my only complaint is the toilet area was a little messy but I will go bk again and again without doubt

Everything went ok but after I had paid I noticed online that if I had ordered and paid for the tyres and fitting online I would have saved money??? I still would have had to go into the garage so why ???
