Poor customer service
When I arrived for my appointment at 10.30 that was booked using the online system, I was informed very rudely by the man on reception at pro tyre that my appointment was 9.00, I informed him that I had booked online and had an email confirmation that the appointment was 10.30. He just kept saying on the system it says 9.00 and we tried to call you ! He was very rude and wouldn't acknowledge that I had a booking for 10.30 despite me trying to show him the email I had received. They did take my car and it was serviced and MOT'd. When I collected the car the following day, the chaps in reception were very good, however the customer service I received when dropping the car off will certainly have an impact on my decision to use the company again.

I’m giving 3 stars because
I’m giving 3 stars because, although the tyres themselves were fitted without any issues, the wheel alignment/balancing was supposed to be included in the service I paid for.
Unfortunately, they were unable to carry it out due to an issue with their equipment. I then had to take the car elsewhere to have the work completed, which cost me an additional £100.
Overall, the tyre fitting was fine, but the experience left me out of pocket, hence the 3-star rating.
