I made an appointment to check the tracking and brake wear. The customer service lady and mechanic took a lot of time to explain the problem , the cost , and the implications if the work was not carried out. I have now booked to have the remedial work done at my convenience.

Great service
Hit a pothole near to the car park at Ennerdale Water and called Gates Tyres. They were amazing from start to finish and were out to us and had the tyre changed within an hour or so. Great service, especially from the young guy who sorted the tyre.
