Very disappointing experience with…

Very disappointing experience with provincial rubber the product did not meet my expectations and i was un happy with the over all experience i expected better quality and customer service from the company .

We do not believe this is a real review based on actual experience, we have been getting a number of malicious fake reviews from various names but none are real customers. What is your order number? what is your name ? What did you buy ?

We do not have a record of an order from Daniel Day? please can you send your order reference or proof you are an actual customer, 'item' what did you buy from us ? no record of a purchase with us? We have been experiencing fake reviews. We have 1000s of very happy satisfied customers and our company prides itself on providing the very best in quality and customer service

The rubber product quality was disappointing . The material didn't feel durable and it wasn't what i expected for the price i wouldn't buy from here again .

We do not have a record of your purchase and would ask for you to send here your order number or reference. we have thousands of very happy satisfied customers and we are concerned that this is a fake review, the language used is is similar to 4 other 1 star reviews we have had in 4 days and we have mainly 5 star review from our customers.

We have no record of you purchasing from us or receiving a service from us? We are concerned this is a fake review as we have received another very similar review next day.

I just ordered from ProvincialRubber…

I just ordered from ProvincialRubber and the checkout said £30.02. I inserted card details, paid. Then on the receipt page, only after paying it said £53.96 I've screenshot everything...

I checked my bank in disbelief and they have pending taken out £53.96 I checked back and no where on any visible point did it say a delivery fee of £19.99+ from the point of landing on the website to even clicking to confirm an order. It's hidden away on their delivery sub page. The checkout is faked to show the total without such, this is outright fraudulent, as a customer then authorises a payment without being shown the actual total anywhere. Completely a trading standards violation, this kind of checkout deception ought to get this company blacklisted from ever using any card payment receiving platform.

I need to be refunded and this company needs to immediately change this deceptive checkout programming. This is clearly intentional to attempt to create more sales, without presenting their full price to the customer until after purchase.
