Puji very quick on sending out items for delivery and very helpful when having a problem with UK Mail. Excellent item cannot fault Puji on customer service.

UK Mail did not delivery to the right address had problems with them and you cannot speak to anyone at Uk Mail. UK Mail sent a text on delivery day to say that left card because I was not at home but I was.UK Mail were delivering at the wrong adddress than they delivered my item at the wrong address and sent me a text to say left item in your porch.

The delivery took a long time (5 weeks) and when the product finally arrived there was damage to the mirror, I reported the damage but nothing was offered in terms of exchange or discount.

Excellent prompt service . Love my little table . I suppose the only slight criticism would be that it’s not a very heavy piece could be knocked over . But for what we want it for it’s great .

Had a little difficulty with the delivery options on the website but my questions were answered quickly by email. Only had the clock a couple of days but I am delighted with it.
