Very happy with my new sideboard

Ordered this item. Arrived unfortunately broken because of transport. Puji replaced straightaway. Beautiful item. Very happy with it

Great service, great communication

Just had my Akar coffee table delivered. It is fabulous. Wanted a table that was a little bit different and Puji have certainly delivered. Very helpful staff answered my telephone queries efficiently. Would definitely recommend Puji. Just beautiful.

Even though I selected 'collect from store' the item I ordered online was delivered to my billing address, which isn't where I currently live!!!

Overall we were happy with the item purchased but the experience with delivery wasn't great.

I was only able to determine whether the item would be delivered in the morning or afternoon on the day of delivery. Initially we were told that the item would be delivered between 9am and 5pm. The item was delivered closer to 7pm!

Having spent the full day in waiting for the delivery, it was a bit frustrating to have the delivery at 7pm. It might have saved me some hassle if the delivery company had told me that in the beginning.

Quality furniture and excellent servive

Having seen Puji online we visited the showroom and we were wowed! Not just by the items but the service. We were allowed to edit and request to oil items without hesitation and they deliver it all to you even on a weekend! Now we have the furniture in our home we couldn't be happier. Rooms with these items in look like a showhome.

Very pleased with the table, although assembly rather difficult as could not line up the corresponding holes so the bolts could be inserted into two of the four fixing areas.

Ordered two occasional chairs from Puji, absolutely love them! Very good quality and exactly as shown on the website, definitely worth the money. Delivery was straight forward, only criticism is the amount of packaging we were left to dispose of including a large wooden pallet! Would use Puji again.
