Misleading and deceptive conduct
Push Gummies have been one of the most disappointing purchases I’ve made. The company was caught out for having zero creatine in their product despite marketing it as a creatine supplement. That’s not a small oversight—that’s completely misleading.
When I tried to request a refund, customer service refused because I no longer had the original packaging. Considering the product didn’t contain what they advertised in the first place, the refusal to offer a return feels pretty unethical.
I wouldn’t recommend this brand to anyone. Misleading claims, no creatine, and a return process that punishes customers for their mistake. Avoid.

don’t trust!
Push Gummies as we are all aware now, were caught up in a significant scandal where they were caught falsely advertising lollies as creatine gummies. Where my frustration enters is, they held themself to nil accountability and made it nearly impossible for the consumer to see refund for the incorrectly sold products. Whilst I never hope bad for businesses, I hope this does affect you for how you’ve treated consumers globally.

Huge rip off
Huge rip off! Have been taking these gummies for a while now and found out that I have been eating overpriced candy. I have half a packet of blueberry with no test result available on their website, so am assuming that it’s one of the bogus packets or there would be a lab report. Just opened a tin of mango which ‘allegedly’ has the correct amount per gummy, according to a Chinese lab report for that batch… I’d rather see an independent test as I don’t trust this report at all!
Have spread the word to my friends who fell for the advertising and are using this brand to check their batch numbers and not to waste their money ever again. Will also never trust this company again as they are refusing to take full responsibility, showing their products as ‘sold out’ on their website when they are actually just unable to sell them, while still claiming 5g per serve of 3 gummies - so anyone who has purchased this product would think there’s no problem. They should be shut down until they can prove that they aren’t scamming people. Not that I would spend another cent on them.

Misleading Labels, Zero Accountability
Do not purchase from this brand. They've faced allegations about their gummies containing significantly less creatine than advertised. When customers requested refunds for these misleading products, the company's response revealed its poor customer service practices. They demanded batch numbers that are only printed on the back of the packaging—meaning anyone who had already finished and discarded their product had no way to prove their purchase was from an affected batch. This convenient loophole effectively denied refunds to most customers.
I spent hundreds with Push, and despite having proof of purchase in my order numbers, they refused to provide a refund unless I had finished packets from over a year ago.

Scam company DONT EVEN TRY TO BUY
Scam company. No creatine found in them and theyre asking us to give evidence of our batch number on our package? I feel bad for those who had ate it and threw away the packaging not getting any refund. Who would even keep their packaging after consuming. Does one keep the packaging after using condoms? Anyways, I gave them my batch number and order number and theyre still asking question. NEVER BUY PRODUCTS FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY AGAIN.

Useless product and refuse to refund
Bought these in good faith that they contained creatine as marketed. Independent testing has confirmed that not all batches did, which the company accepts. However, despite having my customer ID and all order numbers on their system, they refuse to refund unless you have a photo of the packets you purchased so they can identify the batch. How is it reasonable to keep empty packets on the chance you later find out the company has misrepresented its product?! Worst experience and can’t rate them low enough!

Contain no creatine and will not provide refund for past scam orders
Hey
Anyone else having difficulties with getting a refund?
Daniel is serving me a lot of lip service saying that as I ‘can’t provide evidence of the batch I will not get a refund’. Surely he should have that information?
How is it reasonable to expect to still have a batch bag from over 12 months ago ?
I think this is ridiculous
They are pretending to refund but in reality who has actually got a refund?
Absolutely terrible customer service
A company with no ethics…
Not only does the company sell undosed gummies when you try and get a refund of their mis-sold product they say you need to have photographs of batch numbers of the packets as they will only refund batches that were identified as underdosed. Who keeps photographs of empty packets months after they have been consumed? They clearly know there was an issue across their production process and are using the batch numbers as an excuse not to refund their loyal customers. Do not buy from this company if they resume production. They have no ethics and zero respect for their customers.
GUMMIES DO NOT CONTAIN CREATINE
Gummies did not actually contain creatine. This is absolutely false advertising and they conduct themselves very very poorly with refunds for customers that have been misled.
Really disappointed with the handling…
Really disappointed with the handling of the whole no creatine in their product. The fact you need to have the batch number (which is only printed on the packet) to receive a refund is really poor. So if you don't have the packet, bad luck. They should be able to work out from the order number if you received an impacted batch. Just feel this further scams their customers. When you paid $45-60 for allens raspberries, they're taking the piss.
No creatine in the product - poor service
I bought two bags in the same order through Push and found out the product has been found to contain very little creatine. Because I’d already eaten one bag and couldn’t provide the batch number I was only refunded for one, despite the fact it was highly likely they would have been from the same batch. In fact, it’s highly likely all batches would have been affected, since the taste is how it was discovered. Poor customer service.
Refund obfuscation
These guys are admitting to selling gummies that did not have the correct amount of creatine in them. But when you ask for a refund/credit they then ask for photos of the batch numbers on the old packaging? Who keep old packaging? I made 3 orders and spent $400+. Lost me as a customer now...
We purchasPoor Customer Service - Don't waste your money on $90 candyed a pack of gummies and had…
We purchased a pack of gummies and had finished them and thrown the packet away between the time the claims came out, and the time Push finally made a proper statement to customers. We were told we couldn't receive a refund unless we had the original packaging. Meaning only people who had recently bought gummies could get a refund. It's disappointing to see a brand stands behind their short-term revenue rather than any kind of customer value proposition, and shows that Push isn't in it for the customer, but for their bottom-line. I can't help but wonder how much more money I would have spent had they been honest and refunded our first purchase. Short term vs long-term I suppose.

Don't contain creatine and won't give refunds unless keeping original packaging
Con artists
Dropped $200 on these gummies thinking I was getting creatine, but it’s just overpriced candy. Asked them to confirm if my batches were even legit and they palmed it off to the retailer—like the shop is the one making them. Zero accountability, zero honesty. They’ve lied to everyone, lined their pockets, and completely burned their reputation. Absolute scum
If I could give a negative rating I…
If I could give a negative rating I would. This company not only were selling snake oil (and claim they didn’t know, but had redacted testing reports on their site), they also now refuse to refund unless you have held onto the empty packaging to prove which batch the gummies came from. As if they don’t have that information already given I ordered directly from them. Do not go near them.
Terrible
Not only have these been tested and had no creatine in them they won’t even refund people unless you’ve kept the empty packets. Apparently they need them for ‘fairness and accountability’?! No accountability or fairness delivered on their part really is there? Essentially spent a fortune on some apple sweets.
No creatine in these
Of course they taste great! That’s cause they’ve got absolutely no creatine in them!
Not only they scammed me for 1.5 years and robbed me with the most expensive candy I ever bought.
But now they came out to publicly say they will refund customers that were affected (you mean everyone right?)
When I went to try to get said refund they asked for photos of all my packages for the last 1.5 years.
Another scam! Can’t imagine they actually think customers would be saving their packages haha
Absolute waste of money and time.
Disrespectful to customers.
Absolute joke!
