I had purchased a ring for my husband and a couple weeks after our wedding the ring became loose and started to fall off. I reached out to Qalo customer service and the rep Kennia was very helpful. I was able to reorder a smaller size at no charge. Now it's a perfect fit!! I really appreciate it. Thank you!!

I have pretty close to the same experience that others have left on here. I ordered a ring on July 2, 2023 and got shipping information on July 6. They sent an email stating that the order was delayed that same day, that was the last contact they had with me. We emailed them Sunday about the order and told them at this point to just cancel our order since they did not seem to care about communicating with the customer. We just received a notification from Paypal that a refund was on its way to us from them, No other communication letting us know what is going on or trying to work out something. I don't believe we will be frequenting this brand online or in stores for that matter.

Ordered the white one directly from their website. It broke after 2 months, I emailed them regarding warranty, they were really responsive initially, even told me it was a common complaint about how this ring breaks easily..... until I picked out the ring I wanted to replaced and haven't heard from them since despite sending them multiple emails. I won't order from this company again.

I never leave reviews!! But tbh I’m just fed up and I’m sick of companies that get away with stuff like this!!

Short story, I bought a ring off qalo, still yet to arrive after 2/3 weeks. Emailed them, says 24/48 hour response, 4 days later I get a response asking to confirm my address, I responded 4 mins later, but 2 days later I’m still waiting for a further response. I’m guessing I went back into the 24/48 the response, so that it looks like they aren’t shocking at customer service! It’s been a week since I emailed and I’m still no further forward with where my ring is!!

Fed up that companies can take your money, but not provide the product or service! I run my own company so I know how important this is - number 1 thing in company’s is customer service! If you don’t have that sewn up, regardless of what you’re selling, people will not be a returning customer, which is ultimately what every company should want!!

Pricing is deceitful, quality sucks and looks are very underwhelming. Customer is unhelpul. I purchased at a discounted rat but charged the full amount and customer service was not able to correct it. I tried to cancel the order and ended up recieving the ring anyway. Now i cant get the full refund...

I purchased 3 rings and 1 of them was to be engraved. Received the order with no engraving (I paid for this) I reached out to the company and said they would respond within 24/48 hours. Finally got a response from their customer service stating they would address the issue. I have been emailing and emailing (about 8 emails now) and no one has responded. It is so frustrating their lack of customer service! I am so upset that they have not helped.

Poor communication. It took weeks not days for responses. The ring I had fell apart within weeks and never received a reply. Seems to be a predominantly American company but limited in the uk

QALO's rings are stylish, practical and safe to use. Works perfectly during training and physically demanding work. I use my rings in the Crossfit box and when I work as a policeman, my husband when he works as a firefighter. QALO's staff maintain a high standard, are very accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend these rings to friends and family!

QALO is awesome! Their rings are comfortable, durable, and look great on. I feel safe when wearing QALO while being active (not having to worry about losing or damaging my wedding bands) and it gives me peace of mind to know my firefighter husband won't get hurt at work from wearing a metal band. QALO is the only wedding band he will ever wear lol. I highly recommend their rings to all of my family and friends!
