After less than two years I found the tap constantly dripping so I opened the tip of the spout and found it to be rusty!! This is totally against health and safety standards and yet qettle customer services do not take any due care yet instead try to ask about proof of changing the filter etc. which has nothing to do with cause of rust !!!!

I bought a 4 in 1 boiling water kettle about 5 years ago. After ~2.5 years the boiler started leaking, the qettle advised me that the item would need replacing but was out of warranty now.
I therefore bought another unit for £250
Another 2.5 years went by with everything looking good but then the boiler failed again.
I contacted the comant to see if they would do a special price but was told no and the replacement price is £250 again.
Sorry but I cant afford the money for this failure rate. I have gone to another vendor

I’ve had my tap for over two years now, and in that time I’ve had a couple of minor niggles—mostly down to living in a very hard water area. I’ve had to call Qettle support a few times and, honestly, they’ve been the best customer support I’ve ever experienced from any company—better than John Lewis or any of the big brands.
Nothing is ever too much trouble. They’re friendly, genuinely caring, and always go the extra mile to help. My boiler developed a small leak when it was out of warranty and they still just dealt with it, no fuss.
The product itself is also incredibly well built. You can tell they’ve thought through the real-world issues—there are sensible safety features and fail-safes throughout, which gives you a lot of confidence in it.
And most importantly… it makes a proper brew. I’ve used other boiling-water taps where the tea tastes odd because the water isn’t quite hot enough. This one delivers genuinely boiling water, and it makes all the difference.
I can honestly say they’ve got a customer for life. I recommend them to anyone who’ll listen, and I’ll keep doing it until I’m blue in the face.

I recently bought a Qettle hot water tap which has been brilliant, unfortunately it stopped working, however the customer service team at Qettle were fantastic and contacted one of their fitters to come and fix it. Wonderful service and product.

Had one installed in 2021, boilers tank broke in 23 just out of warranty. To the companies credit they did send me a replacement. But unfortunately in 2026 this unit has sprung a leak and made a bit of a mess with kitchen unit. It does seem to me that either I’m very unlucky, or these boil tanks don’t seem to last more than 30 months.

Great customer service and help today from Jocelyn solving my tap problem. It’s so reassuring to know that there is such an excellent level of support for customers.

I've had a Qettle tap installed for the better part of a year and have loved it. Just before Christmas we had a leak though. I reached out to Qettle and they were amazing!

Sue B. arrange for a new boiler tank to be sent out to me. Qettle had just come out with a new boiler tank design and, since the new model wasn't available in our current tank's capacity yet, she offered to upgrade us to the next bigger tank at no cost.

Sue helped verify that it would fit under our sink and rushed the order out. She even talked directly with the warehouse to ensure it got sent out before they closed for the holidays that afternoon.

I have to say that the new boiler tank has been great. It includes a Pressure Limiter Valve which seems to have fixed the "spitting" issue that most of these boiler taps have. That was the only minor irritant of the system before and now that's fixed too!

I would have no hesitation recommending Qettle, both for the product and for the people who stand behind it. Great quality and great value!

So far so good, good product 4l version, direct replacement for the Abode tap we had, used a local plumber to install no issues, local plumber cost was £240. Looks to be easy install if you have the time and tools. Looking forward to many years use, no more kettle and no noticeable impact on the electrical use over a kettle.

These taps are good quality. The one complaint I havd is that they do not allow price competition on their replacement filters. The price is fixed at £33.95, regardless of where you buy them. They say this is to guard against counterfeits but that is a very weak argument. This means that customers are paying about twice the price of filters for other makes.

Qettle installed today by a plumber friend, he’s now installing more Qettle’s than the other Q competition. Easy install other than having to reconfigure our waste pipes for the vent pipe.
Works perfectly out if the box, black tap looks very good with a quality anodised finish.

Good price. Easy enough to fit. Does spit a bit with the boiling water, but you have to remember there is an aireator on the spout and it is boiling water. Kettle is in the cupboard and you soon start to wonder how you managed without. £25 upgrade from 4lt to 7lt tank at the time of purchase helped.

Our Qettle tap is great, and we are enjoying having the convenience of boiling water 'on tap' so to speak. The tap and its accessories are made to a very high quality, including the boiler and the connecting flexi hoses. Ordering from the website was clear and easy.
There are a couple of niggly things that should be mentioned. When using the boiling water function of the tap, when returning the dial to off I think there should be a detent stop that prevents you from turning the dial through to filtered cold water. Also when using the boiling water function, it seems a little inconsistent as sometimes it will come out under pressure with a hiss and seems very hot, and some times in a much calmer way but still seems hot. Both these points may be overcome with regular use by us, and do not spoil the experience of our new Qettle tap

Great customer service. Heidi answered all my emails & was extremely helpful. The tap is wonderful, so convenient for boiling water. No more kettle. Kids love the taste of the filtered water. Definitely worth the purchase & much cheaper than the well known brand.

Exactly what I wanted. Reasonable price. Cold water tastes great. I could have installed myself but would have taken me ages. We had a plumber install.

I have very sore, weak wrists so lifting the kettle to make coffee, it also saves time and electricity. I love it.

The supply of the parts to fit this unit was superb.
