Friendly and Efficient .

I have used this company for well over a year and always find them very friendly and efficient. I ordered for my dad yesterday and got his delivery today .They have always delivered when they say they will.

Ordered oil from this company online and they contacted me and informed me they don’t deliver to my area. The manager Paul said he would still make sure I got my oil and deliver the oil to me which they did today. Very happy with this service and the gentleman who delivered the oil was extremely friendly and a pleasure to deal with

Ordered oil from these on the 2nd Dec and they weren’t able to supply the fuel, due to truck to big to reach property.
The main problem was trying to get our money back 😡 Rang, emailed multiple times. So called secretary roaring down the phone, told the refund was processed on the 4th, fair enough! No refund was made! Rang again and told ‘if I was to call again I was to email Paul.qfuel’s email’
Why would I call again if the refund was made 🙄 Liars and incredibly dishonest.
Phone call after phone call and emails we had to open a dispute with the credit card company to get a refund.

Found this company very helpful . Was extremely stuck and the Receptionist helped me out so much . Would highly recommend their service. Fast and efficient.

Ordered yesterday and arrived on set time today, great prompt service and a special mention of their driver Bryon, a great guy.
Also excellent price.

I ordered and paid some times ago and was waiting for a long time to be delivered. As the order amount was higher as needed instead to refund me the money, it was agreed to delivered the remaining amount by the next order. When I wanted to do the order some weeks ago I couldn’t go through the phone lines and no one answered on my emails on several attempts, I had to ordered somewhere else. After I informed them again on their website I got directly an phone calls and I asked them to refund me the money I overpaid and was asked to provide all details per WhatsApp, which I did. This was about one month ago, but still no money has been refunded and no response on the reminder sent to them. Really disappointed.

Today we got our first delivery of kerosene. It arrived on time which was great but I have to give a massive compliment to the driver. He was extremely friendly and obliging. He had a great attitude and put me in good form for the day. A great asset to Qfuels.

I dealt with Kim she was extremely helpful and i would highly recommend this company I received my delivery on time

I called Q Fuels today and Kim was absolutely fantastic walking me through everything I have to know as it's my first time having a house with oil heating. Would highly recommend

Do not order your home heating oil from this company.
I ordered mine (paid approx 600euro) & was given a delivery date of September 19th.
I did not receive it & was told on the 20th I was 4th on the list of deliveries & I'll receive it in the morning.
It's the 21st of September, I've not received my delivery of home heating oil & was informed that the driver is not answering their calls & they can't say when I'll receive it. I've been 3 days without heating in my home & have small children. I informed them of this & all they could do was tell me "well we can't get through to the driver!" When I expressed my frustration, I was told "well do you want a refund?" I would have to wait 3-5 days for a refund & then put in an order with another company. Leaving me another week without heating oil. I told them that I wanted my home heating oil. I'm still waiting on my delivery. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!!!!!! PURCHASE YOUR HOME HEATING OIL ELSEWHERE!!!!

Always very reliable, very prompt delivery and keenest prices, been dealing with Paul for years now highly recommended themfor service and price.

Needed heating oil in middle of cold snap on 15th December for an elderly couple in their 80s who had not been using system for some time. Wife in hospital and due for release within two/three days. Got system working but became difficult to get oil supply. Rang seven dufferent companies but no chance of delivery due to demand even after explaining extreme need of situation. Offered best delivery by three for 29th December!! Spoke to Paul in QFuels at 14.30. He listened and said phone back in 90 minutes as he was out about and be back in office to look at schedules. Did that and he offered delivery at 8.00 a.m. on Saturday 17th December, two days later. Accepted that. Received text from delivery driver at 19.30 next evening confirming arrival time of delivery. I was at delivery house at 7.45 on 18th; as I arrived I heard truck coming up road. Delivery completed and elderly man extremely happy by 8.00. Both Paul, the Manager, and the driver displayed great understanding, consideration and courtesy in assisting with this urgent need. I will be calling on QFuels again and am happy to strongly recommend this business

My experience with qfuel was perfect ordered heating oil it arrived on time found the guy paul I dealt with to be very helpful

My oil was supposed to come yesterday Tuesday I waited in all day I rang in the afternoon to be told the delivery guy was finished . But was assured they would deliver before 9am this morning and true to their word it was delivered by 8.15 am
So I’m a happy camper. Today if only it came yesterday I’d use them again.

This is a scam fraud company. Stay well away if you want to keep your money! A month ago we ordered oil from this company and they would not deliver it, phoned the office many times and was talking to the so called manager Paul who was so very rude and kept hanging up the phone when asked questions. Asked for a refund and would not give it, we had to get the Guards involved to get our money back! A horrible experience to go through. Read the other reviews left on here and google too even Reddit Ireland you will see.

Bad company the way they treat there customers, stay well away, no problem taking my money but couldnt deliver for 5 days which is fine i understand times are busy, but on the 6th day my partner got a call saying they were out of stock…. prices jumped through the roof 2 days after i ordered so my €370 worth of oil was no good when they could cod someone else into paying €580 for same quantity, had someone call to place an order for 500 litres and somehow they magically had the stock for that because they were paying top money for it, money grabbers and no loyalty towards there customers.

Ordered Fuel a week ago. Every day I call I'm told delivery is due today but never arrives. I don't mind as much about the delay but to be told consistently it's arriving on said date and have someone in the house available to receive it only for the driver not too show is beyond frustrating. Really poor service

I ordered fuel for delivery on a specific day, they have since told me every day it’s coming even though they’ve already withdrawn the money from my account.
