Ma jeune fille a commandé un maillot au mois de juillet avec son argent de poche et il n'est jamais arrivé. Depuis, l'entreprise renvoie la faute sur le transporteur mais aucune solution n'est trouvée. je trouve ça déplorable vule prestige de la marque! A ce jour (presque deux mois plus tard) pas de maillot et pas de remboursement

The leotard was beautiful and fit well.

It looks very elegant but some shiny parts aren’t well glued to the leotard.

Very Bad Quality!

Bad service ignoring emails, they charged me for the name print and sent me a leotard with out the name on it, they even asked me to pay again for the personalization ignoring my message that I paid it already

Gorgeous leotards which my 16 yr old daughter finds very comfortable to wear.
She has sensitive skin which gets irritated easily, especially around the arm pit. Quatro leotards do not irritate her at all.
She has multiple different designs which are all really good quality, with just enough stretch.
The customer service is excellent & Nina Downie was really helpful when I had an issue with a return (my fault not quatros). Thank you!

This entire process of ordering to receipt was stressful and frustrating. The whole ordeal came to the point that an employee even indicated I was lying and I had to provide an email copy I had saved to prove I was in fact told what I was saying I was told. There was little care about the position we were being put in and took way too much effort to get the company to help do anything to deliver on the promises made.
We ordered a new leotards signed off on and artwork approved yet the wrong leotard was sent only to find out that I also was charged the wrong amount and had to pay more later when your companies mistake was identified. Then we were told that the new leotards would ship by December 9th, however this also did not happen yet again. We did not receive the leotards until December 24th only after another contact and indication that we had to have them for a meet as we had already missed having them for our first meet although we had ordered in August.

Quatro leotards are a fantastic choice for both recreational and competitive gymnasts. Highly recommended for anyone looking to perform in comfort and style!

Les justaucorps sont magnifique mais la qualité reste mauvaise par rapport au justaucorps Moreau.
Malgré que je ne met pas mes justaucorps tous les jours à chaque entraînements, et que je respecte les consignes pour le lavage cela ne suffit pas. Mon justo Icon Burgundy en bleu roi se retrouve avec une trace noir comme si les paillettes était partie alors que je le porte presque pas enfin si c’est pour payer 68€ pour ne jamais le porter aucun intérêt c’est cher et la qualité ne suis pas… Le justaucorps de la fille d’une amies a eu le même problème et il s’agit d’un autre justaucorps et le justo a même pas durée quelque mois … elle a fait une réclamation mais aucun geste n’a été fait donc le service après vente est plutôt décevants … c’est plutôt dommage
