STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I have had the misfortune of having to make a claim with quest being my insurance company from when I brought a car from 2cheapcars and they have been ABSOLUTELY awful when it came to record keeping, communication, and even the basic tasks of reading emails.

They wouldn’t send off for any info or emails to any relevant parties unless I’d call to which they would then send off half baked info requests so when they did receive the info they requested they would then leave it days before making me call again for them to follow up.

They do no read any form of document correctly as they submitted to me a settlement dated 2025? A simple details that has now caused a delay in my claim to which I had to received phone calls from the financier stating they have no idea what quest is doing to the point of - requesting half information and not following up even when the financer provided the requested details, sending over a settlement to the financer that then contacted me to ask why they had received a signed document stating I had agreed to the incorrect offer which I have signed because I actually read my emails, and the fact that they would have the info infront of them but wouldn’t put anything to action until prompted by me.

And to top it all off if the policy has just renewed you will also have the luxury of paying a full years policy for such an awful service, so I warn every and all to STEER CLEAR of quest insurance and go with another provider.

worst insurance ever! Don’t ever join with them my car was broken into window smashed and ignition damaged and has been sitting in my driveway for a week after I notified them.

I dealt with Quest Insurance as a third-party claimant after one of their clients hit my car. Ironically, their own client has shown more integrity and been more responsive throughout this process than the insurer itself.

Despite liability being undisputed, over three and a half months have passed without Quest approving the repairs or providing any instructions on how to organise them. Their client has also been left without updates. Communication with Quest has been sporadic and disorganised — no one appears to review previous correspondence, resulting in repeated requests for documents that were already provided months earlier.

I've never had insurance with them. I received an email from them telling me my insurance has expired. I'm assuming it was to get me to either call them or go to their website to sign up. Scammy practice!

Worst and unreliable insurance company for CVI and MBI. Had a claim logged with them and it took them a weeks to sort things out and the outcome was way worst then what I thought. Taking money from customers and not providing good service its there nature. I will never recommend anyone to them also car deals should stop selling this insurance to customers.
