Very responsive team
The team have been very responsive to our recent house move. Both my wife and I work from home, therefore getting on line has been crucial. The pre work and install were accelerated which was much appreciated. Gary the final installer / technician was also great - very professional, neat and tidy!

Thanks to Quickline dig team after months of delay, progress is being made!
After more than one issue with the installation of Quickline, the Dig Down Team (thanks Carl H and Leon K) managed to identify the blockage and successfully run the cable today leaving us ready for the final steps of the installation.
Eyes on the team to now see when they’ll get us set up and running. Hopefully that won’t take as long!

A very good trouble free installation.
Stan arrived in good time and explained the process. He was polite and courteous. Installation was positioned for the most efficient connection and reception was checked throughout the property. The system was checked before the technician left.

I still think this is too good to be true. Fast Internet, friendly staff and - most importantly - far cheaper than competitors. It's excellent! Josh R who installed the new Internet was very friendly, accommodating and genuinely nice.

Genuinely Fantastic
From start to finish - Paul the representative was so informative was able to explain everything clearly, gave an accurate timeframe for everything and broke down costing, speeds and functionality even running a comparison. The guys were out fitting the outside cables within days, didn’t need to be here, again they just cracked on, then the installer Dave B- well, he was next level he engaged professionally but so relaxed was so thorough and made sure there was as little mess and noise as possible (neurodivergent household) chatted throughout and was a genuine pleasure. It’s not often I get to leave such good reviews but every step of joining was great- and the overall internet — amazing!! So much better/ faster and stronger signal than the last 2 companies we have tried. Highly recommend

Quickline installed 1 Gigabit fibre…
Quickline installed 1 Gigabit fibre broadband for us, the whole process was easy and seamless. Lewis H the engineer was great he explained each step and was happy to install the fibre and router where we requested. We would recommend Quickline.

Quickline.....a great start
To begin, the deal, the product is far superior in terms of performance and value for money then the one it replaced provided by a seasoned competitor.
From the very start the customer service has been extremely friendly, informative and timely.
The installation of the hardware and the setup was dealt with extremely well, good coordination and speed of delivery.
I would like to commend the excellent customer facing service provided by the Quickline operative responsible for the final hardware installation and set-up.
Nathan "M" is an excellent ambassador for Quickline. Professional, polite and pragmatic.
So far, Quickline has proved to be a winner for me.

Outstanding, first class fitter, top marks.
Carl was the young man that was fitting my line, i must say he really know what he's on with i couldn't be more pleased how he hid all the cable in my gutter for me so you don't see 90% of the cable, it was if he was fitting it into his own home! Outstanding in my view top marks from me, very pleasant chap indeed. 👌

Brilliant installation process from start to finish. Tom North installed our internal connections. He was prompt, polite, efficient, tidy and knowledgeable. He did a superb job. We rarely review but Tom definitely deserves our time.

Information blackout
Signed up in January, was told service would be available by end of February and to expect installation first week in March.
So far nothing, I have spoken to customer service twice, and basically all they can say is they don't know when the installation is happening.
E-mailed them and a robot said I would hear back from them within twenty four hours....that was three days ago and I haven't heard anything.
Just find the situation very frustrating and doesn't fill me with confidence of a good service going forward.
I understand that delays can happen, but just to be told that they don't know when they are going to do their job seems poor to me.

Excellent fitting
Two really helpful, polite engineers, David and Louise B arrived on time, explained what was happening at all times and really tidy work. Checked everything was working and set up before leaving. An excellent job.
