First time ordering from Quilted Bear. Very pleased with item ordered. Kept in touch with emails to let me know where my item was on its journey to me. Very pleased and will order from Quilted Bear again .

Ordering was easy and my parcel arrived very quickly. Product was as described. I was very happy with the service

The Quilted Bear is my go to for almost all of my haberdashery needs. Acrylic templates, pattern weights, scissors... you name it they most likely sell it! The quality of the items is second to none and they have the best prices for quality products. Delivery is free and it is very fast delivery too. My most recent order arrived just 2 days after I had placed it. The website is very easy to find your way around. Excellent customer service too. I highly recommend The Quilted Bear

What a joyful, happy place to shop. Having used both the on-line shop and their stand at Quilt and Sewing Shows, I have had nothing but excellent service. The Quilted Bear own brand products are superb. I recently bought a strip cutting ruler, it is far superior to well known branded products and has a very competitive price. Love this shop, the lovely people who work there are amazing.

Excellent service and prices as always.thank you. Sioux

I had regular updates regarding delivery and once received was well packaged. Would recommend.

Very good service. Speedy delivery. Good prices. I like the bear points.😊😊😊😊

Easy, clear to use website and ordering process, good variety of products at competitive prices and free postage. Items are always dispatched speedily and arrive a few days later. Always look on their website when looking for sewing items

Always good quality goods and often things that you would struggle to find on other websites

Very quick delivery great products excellent quality

Arrived early. Rulers are good quality and good value for money.

I am very impressed with the small iron I purchased from you. It is so convenient for last minute creases etc. I will be using it for my dressmaking, etc, also. I am so far very pleased with it. I used it today for the first time and it just glided over the fabric. It is so light and easy to hold, I have arthritic hands so just suits me very well. I find the silicone base, which came with it very useful also.

Lovely items as always, delivered promptly. Many thanks

I love this company! They have great own brand products and a good selection of big brand items too. The customer service is spot on and the free delivery is fantastic especially when I realised I need something else for my project just after doing an order! I also really like the bear points and other loyalty bonuses - I had 10% off my next order as a thank you from my last two orders and a freebie item too!
I thoroughly recommend The Quilted Bear and will definitely be ordering from them again!

So quick and easy to order from The Quilted Bear company.

I really like the special offers. Ordered and delivered quickly. Very quick in replying to the order and to tell me when it was despatched. Lovely company to order from.
