We were very excited for the opportunity to work with you for our first run of totes. The quality is incredibly poor, unfortunately. A far from color match, low quality stitching, and the color print is not consistent which leads to it looking like smudges on the bag. It was unfortunate to find you outsource your production without knowing clearly beforehand. After orders were made I did come across social ads made with AI, that is very unfortunate but ultimately not related to our feelings about the product received.

Very disappointing experience with…
Very disappointing experience with Racetops’ digital bags. The delivery date was pushed back multiple times with little clarity or accountability, which made the whole process frustrating and unprofessional.
When the product was finally delivered, the visuals were noticeably scaled down and poorly presented. What was promised did not match what was received. The design quality feels subpar, and the end result looks unfinished rather than polished or premium.
Overall, this felt like a product that wasn’t ready to be delivered. Between the delays and the disappointing visuals, it was a waste of time and money. I wouldn’t recommend Racetops’ digital bags to others.

Got a roll of round paper stickers. They were thicker and better color than another company I had dealt with, so much so that I ordered another batch from RtP. Even had a CSA help me out when there was a challenge with my order. Highly recommend!

I reordered the stickers and received them yesterday, but the condition of the delivery was unacceptable.
The shipping box was torn, and the sticker rolls were stuck together, making approximately 20% of each roll unusable.

**Update**
So after a long wait and some confusing request approval I did get the items. Honestly the quality of the products are quite good, so I have increased my star rating to 3, if they have better communication and delivery time schedules they would definitely get a 5 star, but unfortunately that side of their operations seems to be a mess.

Disorganized, misleading timelines, poor communication — would not order again
This was an extremely frustrating experience from start to finish.
I placed an order expecting clear communication and realistic timelines. Instead, I received constantly shifting dates, vague estimates presented as confirmations, and no concrete shipping details. Tracking numbers were repeatedly delayed despite being told items were ready or “almost shipped.”
There were also multiple issues during the artwork approval process, including duplicate files being sent, artwork being changed without explanation, and revisions required without clear reasoning or communication. When I asked for updates or clarity, responses were often dismissive and failed to address the actual questions being asked.
At one point I was informed that part of the order had production issues and needed to be remade, despite earlier confirmation that the order was complete. Rather than proactively explaining what happened and providing firm next steps, responsibility was repeatedly pushed back onto me to decide how to proceed — without full information.
Overall, the experience felt disorganized and reactive, with poor ownership of mistakes and inconsistent communication throughout. This was intended as a test run, and based on how it was handled, I will not be placing future orders.
I would strongly caution other businesses who are ordering items tied to deadlines or events.

Scam
If there is a negative star to give this company...I would give a negative 100 star...the product that I ordered never arrived as expected. It is now useless since its already past the date that I needed it. It ruined my deliveries for not having it...I am asking for a refund and all they can say is sorry...i want my money back. This is a scam. Never order from this company.
