Do not order its a complete scam!

I ordered an adorable romper, and received a romper of a different color, different style, different fabric. I google lensed the low-quality romper that they sent, and it was a shein special. They would not refund.

Awful return policy. You have to ship back to China which is well over $50 depending on how many items you have. Don’t shop there!

Never purchase from this fraudulent shop. They never accurately describe their items, the quality is really bad. Returns are a pain! The online store says they provide return label but when you email them they say they do not provide it. I am disputing it with my credit card! They wrote on my CC company that I wanted to keep the items but I got proof through series of emails telling them I want to return the items and have been requesting for a prepaid return label since I received there aweful product! NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS STORE!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They have a fraudulent return process. They do not honor the terms on their website and as others claim, they say they "moved their returns department and warehouse to China" when you request a return label. They will NOT send you a label as stated on their website. You will receive an email that says you are responsible for sending the item (on your own dime) to overseas address in China to execute the return. Good luck with that. Skip the process and work through your credit card company for a chargeback. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THROUGH ANY SOCIAL PLATFORM OR THEIR WEBSITE. THEY ARE A SCAM. PERIOD. Any correspondence you send to them via email will take anywhere from 2-4 days to get a response. Their goal is to string you along, frustrate you, and hopefully walk away with your money. It took almost 4 weeks to receive my item and it's been almost 2 weeks emailing back and forth regarding my return. You've been warned.

I purchased a shirt from Rachly. It took a bit to arrive which was expected but once it did arrive, it was not the quality or look implied via the photo on their site. I looked at their return policy which says 30 days from receipt of the item as long as it’s in its original packaging, you must contact them via email for return authorization, then they’ll send you a shipping label for the return. I contacted them four times via email and received generic responses saying they’d get back with me. Once, I did receive a response asking why I wanted to return it, so I responded and awaited approval but received no response. Finally after charging back on my credit card, I received a response saying I could return it but there was no premade shipping label, only instructions on how to get it through customs the best way and an address in Guangdong province, China. Looking at how much it cost to return it as an individual, coupled with the fact that I’ll be charged my original shipping amount plus the cost to return, my $33 shirt isn’t worth returning and sadly, not worth wearing either. I feel this is just Rachly’s way of saying, yes, we allow returns, but we’re not going to make it easy for you. We’ll hold off communicating with you in hopes you give up and should you persist, we’ll allow the return but won’t send you the premade label we tell you we'll send. Poor customer service no matter how cheap the product is. I will never order from this company again nor recommend it on any social media accounts.

I WILL NEVER AGAIN ORDER FROM THIS FRAUDULANT COMPANY. IT TAKES A CPL OF MONTHS TO RECEIVE THE ITEM. IT IS ALWAYS THE WRONG ITEM AND A FAKE RETURN ADDRESS. WHEN I CALL THAT ADDRESS, IT IS A STORAGE CO. I SPOKE WITH A REP THERE. THEY NEVER SENT ME A PKG AND OTHERS HAVE CALLED USING THIER ADDRESS. I WANT MY MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY..231 557 4015.

Update, my money was refunded.
What you need to do.
1.Go to bank,
2. show your corresondance within 30 days
3.document their computer generated emails with no assistance
4. have pics of sales pic vs what you received
5. document difference with pics
6. keep original packaging
7. Rachly lies and send a reply to Bank that the purchaser has never contacted them, therefore they win, if you do not have proof and disprove this
8. your showing your emails / calls , proves they are scamming
9. print off refund policy , if contacted w/i 30 days you should win
10. bank will forward this to their fraud dept
added bonus , i printed off several websites stating Rachly to be a fraud /scam

Do NOT order from Racly. This is a highly disreputable company. I ordered a product as a Christmas present which did not arrive until after Christmas. I contacted them to initiate a return and after 3 emails requesting more info from me and a video of the product they finally informed me their shipping had moved to China and they could offer me a 20% refund and I can keep the product (which I have no use now for Christmas pajamas). I responded and said I did not feel I had to bear the burden of their shipping department moving to China and wanted a full refund. They responded again today and said they will now offer me a 15% discount and I can keep the product, which is less than the original offer.

This company doesn’t deserve one star. I ordered my family pjs 2 1/2 weeks before Christmas. I literally just received my package this week. It didn’t even come with an order slip or return label. I’ve called and left voicemails—of course no answer! I am highly upset. I had to cancel my family Christmas photos (this was my daughter’s first Christmas). DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY AS IT IS A SCAM!

Scam. Period. Report it to your credit card company and you may get your money back that way.

I wish I had researched this company before I purchased Christmas pajamas. I ordered on Nov 10, 2023. I just received them today, Jan 6, 2024. And they are the wrong color. This company is by far the worst business I have ever dealt with.

First of all…this company is a complete scam. The telephone listed as customer service is actually a car dealership in NY. The poor girl gets call after call of pissed off people complaining. I had to call my bank to dispute the charge.
UNBELIEVABLE!!! $300’worth of Xmas pajamas. I hope someone sues them.

I have ordered 18 pairs of pajamas in November I have yet to receive my order. Customer service will not answer me back and it was $600. I would not order from this company I think they are scam!

I just purchased through this Rachly site through instagram. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. 1, I have yet to receive my order and its been 3 months. 2. The SHOP APP, shows my item was delivered on 12/5/23. It was not delivered. 3. their customer service email inquiry states they have accepted your email and will respond in 1 to 3 days. They have not. I Plan to dispute the charge so I can get a refund that way.

Order #4443. I ordered 2 bras. I contacted the company the same day I received them to return because of the poor fit. They have a 30 day return policy. 2½ weeks later no return label. They sent emails saying sorry that I need to return and that's it. I keep getting initial emails but nothing past that.
