Rubbish, paid a lot for delivery for last Tuesday, still awaiting delivery - no response from emails chasing it either. Money came out when I ordered it though.
Avoid this shop. I have ordered and paid product and got order confirmation. After two day I got canceled order. Reason product weight 12kg is to heavy to ship from UK to Slovenia. I already got same... Mehr ansehen

Hoover bags are perfect and delivered very quickly. The sales department people are excellent and responded to my query promptly. Would highly recommend Radford. I have used them in the past and will do so again.

Nilfisk pressure hose
Ordered on the 19 April, Advised order is on its way 23 April, advised order was dispatched 24 April with tracking number with UKmail however the tracking number said no information available. Advised Radfordvaccentre of this. Finally the tracking number stated item collected 30 April and it was delivered 2 May. No apology or explanation for late collection and delivery. Customer service ??????
