I started using Rapid Paints UK, earlier this year and I can by experience the service is rapid! When I think about all the time lost waiting for delivery from other companies I wish I had looked deeper into finding a company like this!
I found everything I required first time many thanks to all at Rapid Paints

I’ve got some products like
Base coat for my Mercedes and Clear coat.
After use this I can say it’s a good product.
I will buy some different Basecoat to paint my wife’s car . I recommend for every one buy at Rapid Paints

Products are extremely poor quality. The paint system is terrible as the colour is way off. They said there’s other products I needed but I entered the paint code in their system and came up with the kit that was needed. The paint is so thin and as I stated the colour is awful. Ended up using another company. Exactly the same paint code and boom a prefect colour match.
Customer services only seem interested in delaying a refund. After a lot of emails they said 50% refund paint ie touch up paint. Then after more emails they said full refund on touch up paint and send any unopened spray cans back at my own cost. The product they sold isn’t as stated so it’s a clear full refund under customer rights law but they’re not interesting in customers. Honestly the company is poor quality through out. Stay away and use another paint supplier is my advice.

Reasonably priced paint, good quality very happy with the service

Purchased a 30ml. bottle of touch up paint for my Mercedes. Order arrived quickly, however when applied, the paint has a matte finish when dry. Expected a gloss finish. Emailed Rapid Paints to ask for advice, still waiting for a reply. Have re sent email, hopefully they may have the good manners to reply.

My go to when needing to colour match perfectly when working on my cars. Quick delivery and perfect customer service.

I bought some thinners off these rapid paints sent me out damaged cans and I mean damaged offer me £6 I said no £10 would be fair they said £10 was disproportionate Ok no problem they offered me new cans lol

Excellent paint quality

Product is first class. Vehicle is 15 years old and I thought the spray would be noticeable in colour difference, after my spray (as a novice) you can hardly notice any difference!
The can itself sprays really nice and went on a dream, really happy and would definitely buy again!

Rapid Paints UK have a really easy to use website, making it simple to order what you want. I ordered some base and clear and it was delivered in no time and really well packed. Great paint, great price.

Astra paint code colour made up and sent on in 2-3 days colour was spot on couldn't fault this company arasol paint is good quality and never had a problem

I ordered a pack of three paints supplying the registration and paint code. I was sent the incorrect colour. I wasn’t able to speak to anyone when I contacted them. Instead an AI bot took two weeks to refund me 50% of the paint price. Terrible company and would never use again. Next stop; trading standards

Please stay well cear of this so called paint company I paid nearly £70 and £5 for next day delivery for to it to arrive 2 days later and leaking and they actually had the cheek to offer me £3 refund i asked for a full refund and to send the paint back they are totally useless also they will not give me a contract number for me to call them I rung the shop and speak to a man that was as helpful a chocolate teapot!! Please do yourself a favour and get you paint from somewhere that if you have a problem they will resolve it.
