Very impressed with all the proteins, well packaged with ingredients and recyclable trays. Dogs loving it.

Nearly five years of feeding Islay, our English Springer on Raw Made Simple and no intention of using any other brand. She loves it! We use any and all of the varieties. For the less-than-complete varieties we also feed some Brussels sprouts, apple, banana and a little sweet potato. Islay loves it all and at 9 years old is thriving. Excellent customer service from RMS, a few niggles with DPD over the years, mainly because our location is quite far from any trunk roads, so a bit of a nuisance for them.

Delivery was quick and the food is consistently good.
I would recommend Raw Made simple if you are considering feeding your dog a quality raw diet.

We used several other raw-dog-food providers over the years, some quite good (eg Henley Raw), others not so great, but can't look past RMS after having used her for the past two years:
* Excellent (!!) selection of raw dog meat combinations
* consistently delivered quickly and reliably
* received frozen - as sent
* boxed up in perfectly (for us) sized tubs, enough for our two small/medium-sized dogs for 1.25 days
* not too squishy, no recognisable 'bits'
* able to speak/IM directly with the business owner, who will help or advise if needed.

My two 5 yr old GSD’s have been on raw made simple food for nearly 4 yrs. They turn their noses up at anything else. They have super coats and teeth and are very healthy. Couldn’t change their food even if I wanted to.

Our dogs have just completed their first month of raw made simple. I have never seen two dogs so excited to eat. They absolutely love it. We add a small amount of kibble to it. Our only issue was with the delivery and payment which I think we misunderstood. RMS were very quick to sort out the issue and explain the process. It’s great to have direct contact with the supplier via watts app. Hopefully it will be straightforward from now on. Thank you

My dogs have been raw fed for 6 years. I’ve changed my dogs over to Raw Made Simple because they have more variety and the dogs enjoy them.

Absolutely no issue with the food. My dog seemed to really enjoy it. However I don’t think much of the service from RMS. My dogs food for the month ran out today but his delivery is not due until tomorrow. I contacted RMS as I was expecting the next batch today but I was informed that because of the date my subscription renewed on being a Friday, I wouldn’t receive the order in time. According to RMS it’s my responsibility to check the subscription dates and adjust accordingly.

The company we used before RMS never left us without food for our dog and all we did was pay the monthly fee and they handled the rest. I understand their point however I’m sure like the previous company we used they could of found a way to actually get us our delivery on time even if that meant contacting me and asking me to adjust the subscription date so they could take their payment early.

Once again the food seems great, the service does not.

Our dogs love the food, and will choose it over other brands, ordering is easy and delivery super fast, the team are always super helpful with any questions/problems too, would highly recommend.

A direct issue with the delivery company had a knock-on-effect to my order. I contacted Raw Made Simple who quickly picked up the issue and dealt with very efficiently...great outcome, great service!!!
