Receptionist very friendly. The lady that threaded my eyebrows was very good, quick and dare I say it the most painless I have experienced. She was very friendly. Thank you, I will be back.

Kiran is an amazing person. She did a great job with my eyebrows as always.

My first time I came here, my brows were perfect, but this time they’re absolutely awful. My tint is patchy at the wrong colour, my brows are uneven and she trimmed the front of my brow hairs without even asking. I haven’t said anything at the time as what can they do, the brows are trimmed they can’t stick them back on. Absolutely gutted

Noor did my lashes and she was absolutely fantastic!!! She always goes above and beyond for me!! Her customer service is brilliant!!

I had my first facial wax today after years of threading, and I honestly wasn't sure what to expect! I'm so glad I gave it a try. The beautician who attended to me was absolutely wonderful — her technique was so precise and gentle that it was far less uncomfortable than I'd anticipated. What really impressed me was that when we finished, my skin showed no redness at all, which I've never experienced before. That tells me she really knows what she's doing. I'm only sorry I forgot to ask her name, because I will definitely be coming back and asking for her specifically. If you're thinking of switching from threading to waxing, I'd say go for it — especially here. Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Elnaz was fantastic with my pedicure.Gave me beautiful sparkly nails just thr way i like them.She is alway's smiling and polite.Does it perfect all the time.I look forward to my pedicures at Rawbeauty.🩷🩷

Had appointment with Mariam today. She is so lovely, really listens to what you want. So friendly it's why I go back everytime.

experience was very bad and I would not repeat it at all. The color doesn’t stay on the eyebrows whatsoever — it feels more like a temporary dye rather than something meant for proper application, and it fades very quickly. If I had known this beforehand, I wouldn’t have bought it. I could have gotten a full dye product for around $8 instead of paying $11 for such poor quality.

On top of that, the customer service was even worse and very unprofessional, which made the whole experience even more disappointing. I do not recommend it at all.

They closed Nottingham branch without informing customers. They are refusing to refund the pre paid packages.

AVOID THEM!

Service at Nottingham was good so purchased a 10 course eyebrow thread. That location is now shut without notice and the company is refusing to refund me, seriously suggesting I travel to derby every time I want my eyebrows done when I don't even have a car.

Do not buy their packages.
