New Kitchen Set and Office Chair
I went to shop last Wednesday for a new kitchen set. Melissa Van Duke was very helpful in showing me the options that were available for what I was asking to see. I told her I had to bring my husband back and that I had worked with Bruce Cooperman in the past. He was off that day. My husband and I returned on Saturday and worked with Bruce to buy one of the sets I had looked at on Wednesday. We even ordered two additional chairs. My husband also purchased an office chair for himself.

Sales, prices, and especially service after the purchase is excellent !! They actually answer the phone and set up an appointment right away if they need to come our for a repair.
Love the products, we are longtime customers. Lately we purchased a mattress. Ordered it one day, it was delivered the next day, and the old one taken away. Quick and easy. And our salesperson Mark Butler was great on the phone, told us about a Bonus Day sale, so we came right in, and he was super helpful with our request for the type of bed and how much we wanted to spend. Their service dept for repairs on purchased furniture is excellent also.

If you see something on-line that appeals to you, visit your local store. They know their product and will help you find what you need.
I used Raymour & Flanigan's website to research living room furniture. I was greeted by Erik at the local store and he showed me what I was interested in and then pointed me to different collection of the same quality/manufacturer that actually worked better and was more heavily discounted. After I placed the order and returned home, I decided to change the fabric color. I phoned Erik and he promptly edited the order and emailed me the updated order ticket. It was very positive experience!
