Delivery Charge
The Sales Representative, Dot Capobianco, was very helpful, no pressure, give us the space and time to make our decisions.
As a side comment, I have a question concerning company policy, why is there a $200.00 delivery fee for an area rug and rug pad, to be delivered 10 minutes away from the store? I did expect to pay a delivery fee, but not $200.00. We had furniture deliver from Bassett, which is practical next door and they charged $99.00.
