It was a new chair but when I opened…
It was a new chair but when I opened the box it had a broken leg that had been repaired with screws and glue. Box had been resealed. I went back to the store and showed them the leg. I was told since it was a pickup delivery I would ave to come back next week for the exchange. So it will take 3 trips to the store because someone tried to pass a repaired piece off as new. Very disappointed.

Everyone is very helpful and never rushes the customer.
I had Greg help me and showed me all the options in buying a bedroom set. I usually have Dan but he wasn't there. I left thought it over and went back and purchased the bedroom set. He wasn't in yet so Omar helped me super nice guy. He helped me with finding the best mattress, very patient.

Very large store to shop. Has quite a lot of furniture of all types. Much more then viewed online.
Was greeted at entrance by sales rep Dan. He directed us to area of store we were interested in. We browzed the area saw what we were interested in and Dan was close by to help us. He answered our questions and we decided to purchase now. Very professional.

The salesperson asked us questions to find out what we wanted and she listened. She then showed the inventory but actually went to the the lamp that we would pick out based on the description I gave her. We were in the store less than half hour. Very good experience. We did get the lamp and are waiting for it.

Platinum Protection Paid Off
We had a very good, hassle-free experience using our Platinum Protection plan. We own two pieces of Natuzzi leather furniture that are only 2 years old. One piece got a small tear in it. After calling R&F about it a technician looked at it and said that it would have to be replaced. We went into our local R&F in Brick NJ and met with sales manager Glenn Heins. He walked us through the “reselect” process. We chose new furniture to replace the damaged piece, set up a delivery date for later in the month, and received credit for the difference between the damaged furniture and the new furniture. This was all done efficiently and professionally by Glenn and the woman who handles transactions in the customer service area. This is the kind of service consumers should always get but occur infrequently nowadays. Thank you R&F for a very pleasant experience. Can’t wait to get my new furniture!
