Delivery had a window that was missed by 7 hrs with no phone call. Took me 3 times calling for someone to answer the phone. Was told truck was way behind schedule and that they would call me when they were coming. That never happened. Never Again!

Furniture was ordered and didn’t even order it. Saleswoman seemed very confused about what she was doing

Have had no communication regarding the status of my order. I ordered on 2/22 for an item that was special order to be delivered to the showroom on 3/9. With a 4-6 week delivery window to my home from 3/9. Today is 3/18 and not only has no one communicated that the order is delayed until 4/12 it’s going to take another 2 months before i even receive my order? The answer to my concern is, there are too many online orders for them to communicate with the customers on the status of their orders. That is the worst customer service ever.

Celia at Nanuet was wonderful, no pressure, knew her business. We are very satisfied with our bedroom.

Ordered a bed and you won’t have it until April

The sales woman was very nice. But I was not told the sofa and loveseat were on back order.
And the entertainment center was expected back in stock on 3/8. Now I am being told I won’t receive the entertainment center until late April/May. About 3 months after the order was placed.
And I am still waiting for the sofa and loveseat.
If I knew it was on back order I would have looked at other options. I feel like this was a total bait and switch.

I am repeatedly told because of the current circumstances which I assume is the pandemic. Well it’s been a year. We can hardly go on blaming everything including your lack of upfront communication on the pandemic

Everything went smooth. Our salesperson Jose, was exceptional. He explained everything and was very personable. We have purchased from here before and all the furniture and beds are great.

Promised delivery date was not met....wasn’t going to have couches for thanksgiving. Had to cancel my order and go somewhere else.

Sold me a couch and love seat and sofa that only supports 250lbs. Unfortunately that’s to low for me. Was never told the specs of the set. When I called to tell them the arm cracked they said I should buy the extended warranty. Note I had the seat for only 4 days. Love seat came first and was a flimsy piece of junk. Arm cracked when my son sat it in it. Now they refuse to give me a refund. Say they have a no return policy. Will never shop here again. It’s sad because I had prior good experiences.

This is an all positive review regarding my furniture purchase. I had purchased a couch from Raymour & Flanigan with the Protection Plan. As described, the Protection Plan will fix or replace the furniture that is covered. The pillows to my couch were no longer available for replacement, so I received a full credit for the couch. Customer Service at the Nanuet store was exceptional. I went there to find another couch, and found one. George, the store manager, made himself available to assist me with this replacement. His professionalism shined during my time with him. I hope to enjoy my new couch as much as I did with my first.

Clifford at Raymour in Nanuet, NY was a great help. We strolled into the store in hopes of just looking around. Clifford told my wife and I that he was available to answer any questions and just provide assistance if needed. He wasn't pushy, at all. He swooped in when we looked like we were floundering and kept a distance when we were discussing the merits of possible purchases. He made sure we were able to use his trust tape measure to ensure the pieces would fit in our home. Most times, however, he told us the exact measurements before we even inquired. Clifford was pleasant and professional. We enjoyed working with him and look forward to another opportunity to do the same. We will send friends and family his way too! He's a real credit to the organization.

Start to finish was seamless and perfect. I viewed and consulted with Chris Mayer in your poughkeepsie showroom. Then I called chris and placed my order. Chris was so helpful he actually gave me even more options than I new I had. Since my couch i have ordered another piece from chris. He is great.

Working with Alex the salesman was a wonderful refreshing experience, he was not pushy And super helpful when we needed to go over all of our questions and concerns He is an asset to the Raymour and Flanigan family.
