when i first walk in i felt like the sales people were going to pounce on me - and so many in the front - little intimidating - things took very long and there were very few customers in the store - i brought a decorator that i pay by the hour and felt like it was a waste having her stand around with me...at first we were told the order cannot be placed with the fabric we wanted and had to track someone down that knew what to do....

I ordered a bed
I ordered a bed, mattress, and box spring from Raymour & Flanigan Nanuet on 11/29, and the experience has been a disaster. Multiple failed deliveries, including wrong addresses, incomplete orders, and the wrong bed that looks like a coffin, have left me still waiting for the correct bed as of 12/13. The staff is unprofessional and rude, making this my second bad experience with them and a store I strongly recommend avoiding.

Fantastic experience from showroom to delivery
From the huge selection in the showroom and adjoining outlet to the wonderful salesman, our shopping experience was easy and positive. Our salesman Chris was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, he didn't pressure us at all and was very patient as we took time to consider our many options. The delivery men were polite, careful, and quick. All-in-all an extremely positive experience from the moment we walked through the showroom door to the moment our 2 recliners were delivered through our door. We could not be happier. We had a very positive experience with Jesus, Lou & Vlad. They were very informative, helpful, pleasant to work with and easy to talk to. I would strongly recommend anyone visiting the Nanuet location to ask for Jesus, he will make it a enjoyable experience. Managers Vlad & Lou were also great to work with. There was no pressure and such a nice experience.
